In 2017 I Discovered Stalkers Harassing Me Got Text Msgs When I Turned On My Cell Phone Camera

I discovered in 2017 that the people stalking and harassing me would get a text msg if I turned my cell phone on. Then there were people who got text msgs when I walked by them and later it became clear vehicles were getting texts as well. When parking cars would show up, illegally park and send text msgs one after another. Then things would happen such as a tow truck harassing me.
