Boise Police Corrupton, Harassment and Huge Druggies Gone Wild in Boise Idaho, I Guess That's What They Mean by "Livable."

Over a long period of time I have been harassed by multiple entities of Boise Idaho and Ada County and the federal government agencies, HUD in particular plays lots of sick games. The police, the fire department, Ada County Highway Department, Zoo Employees, library staff all the way to the top, some city road crews, oligarchic corporations who are members of Infragard and non-profits, the one connected to HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council along with the Interfaith Sanctuary, a homeless shelter were the worst. This includes construction crews who have even set up fake road construction scenarios or added onto real ones to cause problems, flooded a convenience store whenever I went there no matter the time of day.

On top of this add a drug ring that is allowed to operate full bore here in Boise who has done very dangerous harassment, the cops who must be on their payroll, the apparent lack of concern from the police chief or mayor and you have a dangerous city for anyone who has any kind of intelligence and complaints about even one of these entities. I have complained about all of them to no avail due to the corruption here. Those in charge generally do not return phone calls, or my calls are diverted to either a dead end or someone LARPing the are who I was trying to call. lt's been quite an education about how corrupt a city can be.

Over a long period of time my warnings that I would make and post videos of what was going were laughed at, eyes were rolled and accusations of my lying were made. I am not lying about anything or imagining any of it and proof will be supplied.

The police often harass me by parking close by and just sitting. They use a gangstalking technique I call enter/exit, it can be exit/enter, enter/enter or exit/exit also. I arrive, at least one cop car shows up. For a while when they did this where I park at night they would leave when I put up a black curtain. Before I had the vehicle they would run two cars at a time for instance through a particular intersection or close by every time I approached it and other strange behaviors. When staying at a homeless shelter and walking all over they would park two cars on the street as I approached, get out and just stand there as I went by, show up at restaurants and other places and park outside the window where I sat, there are lots of drive bys, cross walk signals that come on when they are parked close by or drive by and much more.

Continuing problems with what seems to be meth use right next to where I park at night prompted me to drive over the the cop parked across from where I was as ge sat in his car for a discussion on the subject. Keep in mind the Boise Police prevent me from filing police reports and the last time I asked to file a complaint against a cop the dispatcher told me the watch commander would call me, he did not. This seems a lot like time to send lots of information to the DOJ to me. I parked turned off the camera on my dash and began to turn on a body camera when he got on his cell phone and then took off like a bat out of hell. It is not safe for me to talk to a cop in Boise without recording it.





I have parked there for over 7 months including in the cold last winter. The warmer weather came and the druggies set up shop. They hide crap in the bushes, the dumpster surround, etc. There are two who come through screaming, male and female, the male picks things up and throws them against a building and other places. One night they were so high their words were unintelligible, they could barely walk and I thought they were going to have sex behind a van, but they moved on after a while. Criminals forced me out of an apartment through an organized harassment program done by people with similar issues. The BPD would not allow me to file police reports about the harassment and slandered me. I know how horrible it is to be homeless because I have been for years. The shelters are intolerable, there are people preying upon others including the staff and the conditions are inhumane. I also know a lot about trauma and that drug use is a symptom of that, so I do have some empathy for these out of control people. There are however behavioral issues which require some interventions, people should not be forced to live in an apartment building full of these unsupervised problems especially while all entities responsible don't do their jobs and also abuse the person who is a victim of massive crimes and they are given something for gangstalking themW. Rather than spend time harassing someone like myself who was not causing problems other than telling the truth (very threatening to the corrupt) it seems the BPD time would be better spend on some other things.





Now I live in a vehicle because the Boise Police, city hall, HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (non-profit of HUD), Idaho Housing Finance, two security contractors, one being Allied Security who worked to have me thrown out of the Downtown Boise library who allowed a drug ring to operate on the property in the courthouse parking garage under the building where my apartment was. Yes, they did, but hey, that's what happens when a county has a privatized courthouse. Oh yea, it is Steadfast Management who owns the courthouse the same corporation that owns the Civic Plaza Apartments where I was terrorized for a year. Another contractor was also on the property doing the organized harassment program for the government. I believe that was G4S. Going to do laundry always results in harassment of some kind for me. At some laundromats lots of gangstalkers show up doing all kinds of blocking, harassment and disruption tactics. Two thugs with knives would show up at one laundromat at 7 AM, go plug the toilet and sink in the bathroom, obviously tweeking they kept checking to see if someone was coming to get them. The knives were very large. The police are never around for things like that, if I called they would act like I was crazy, when asked why state they did not believe my stories. This is why I have lots of cameras now and make videos to post on the series of tubes (Alaska joke). One laundromat I have gone to resulted in the police showing up to interrogate me as to if I was doing laundry or not. At the one in this video some vehicle from the city of Boise always shows up for harassment and drives by or around my vehicle, Boise City, Public Safety or the Boise Police vehicles. Thst day a cop showed up and just sat across from me, then left, but came back just as soon as I went out to my car and circled it.




At least leave me the hell alone if you can't do your damn jobs.

Thrown Out of Boise Idaho Downtown Library, All Branches, Clear Retaliation and Based on a False Accusation

From January of this year: A FB Post From December 29th 2015, Constant Trauma of the Homeless in Boise Idaho, the Library Should Be Called One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest For a long time I called the second floor of the downtown library, Monkey Town. It has gotten better, but the gangstalking operation occurs all over the library even in the bathroom, even by one of the staff who often works on the 3rd floor. Considering the documented police harassment and much more it is time for me to take different action than complaining to those who have the power to do something because they are either involved in creating the problems or do not respond when informed about them. I might not live in a democracy, but sure as hell plan to act like I do. Boise may be an oppressive city and hate homeless people, but I will continue to fight for my rights. They terrorized me in this city for years. For a city that hates the homeless they sure as hell do everything they can to create more and I have a story about them doing that to me. Most of my documentation of much abuse I have never presented publicly, this includes some non-profits used to gangstalk the homeless. People are forced into homelessness so they are trapped into the homeless shelters also causing the police to have direct access to them. This allows for access to psychologically terrorize them for control and to damage them. If the target manages to get an apartment they will have gangstalkers harass them, tell the management staff lies about them and the management staff will be frustrated by that person complaining about people coming into their apt to cause leaks, do strange things, noise and chemical campaigns, construction/rehab campaigns and massive cigarette/marijuana smoke and worse. They will be lied to by the tenants who are getting something for doing these things and their own maintenance staff and/or some team of LEOs, that is if they themselves are not involved. Selection of those involved are based on sociopathic characteristics. This BTW is one of the reasons our country has been captured by psychopaths, they put people who think the way they do into jobs under their own position of power. At the same time all of this goes on false rumors are spread about the target from police, city hall and members of Infragard. Some of them are repeating lies they were told like a bunch of gossipy hens. It is really bad in Boise due to the engineered massive growth here giving corporations most of the power. What went on at the library last Thursday April 4th after all I have already been through was a defining event for me. I will now be presenting much publicly including some of the players of the attack I have been under in Boise Idaho. What is being done in Boise and in other places all over the country is illegal and some of their actions are felonies at the city, state and federal level. They use the Fusion Centers who implant FBI in the 911 call centers and state police intelligence units to go after people for political reasons, because they are whistleblowers, activitists, political enemies, have ethics and morals, those corporations or powerful people don't like, about 3/4ths are women, empowered, intelligent women which means there is a secondary agenda (this is a red state after all). A high percentage of the targets are highly intelligent and educated individuals. Ask yourself why they would want to destroy people like that, especially women. We have journalists who have written books about their own experiences, retired NSA, FBI, CIA and more who have come forward with information. The highly intelligent targets have also uncovered patents, research papers and a massive amount of information documenting what is happening. These tactics are not new and have been used a very long time, but now they have electronics to track us and directed energy weapons to enhance the psychological torture of the STASI/Zersetzung tactics. It is reported by those familiar with the intelligence agencies which includes military intelligence that the NAZI SS, East German STASI, KGB, CIA tactics that have been used for hundreds of years including by the Masons, the KKK which was started by the Masons and the oldest known org, the Jesuits to control people in many countries is now being used to target the people of the United States on a widespread scale using the DOJ/NSA/FBI/Infragard and pretty much all government agencies and non-profits. We are calling for Nuremberg type trials including the death penalty for those involved in these crimes against humanity. This after all is a holocaust, one many of us believe is just the beginning of a plan to control the whole world population. I have had harassment at the Boise Downtown library for years. If you did not want me to go there then you should not have intentionally worked to make me homeless. You should also stop saying the library is for everyone because it is not, it is for the bullies and those considered to be elites, those two groups seem to go to together despite there vast economic differences. Interesting. With the new library you are attempting to force through despite a lack of more needs such as affordable housing the harassment will be even worse.

This is what I meant by saying, "You gaslighted me and now you are going to pay for it."My plan was to write about what happened in the office which was mostly nothing, over and over again. The lack of returned phone calls from Mr. Boose, the director of the system. The attitude by some of the staff that they are at war with me, especially Allied Security. Security did not act this way before, this is recent. Does going NAZI have something to do with shoving a new library down the throats of the people of Boise?  Rather than listen and stop the abuse you provided more evidence of targeting so I made videos. There have been many experiences over the years I have not published. It is time for that information to go public. This is not just about the library, but Boise Idaho as a whole. I call the bullying, harassment, sabotage spreading of lies in this city, BOISE NICE. What a joke that project is. Another thing about Boise is the problem is never the problem, the person who complains about it is, especially if that person is directly harmed by it.

People will hate me for telling the truth, but it may help prevent others from being terrorized by the large subset of evil embedded in Boise Idaho. Call me whatever you want, hate me all you want, just stop committing crimes against me and others on a massive scale .

Gaslighting From the Director of the First Albertons Store, Joe Albertson Turned Over in His Grave, All Homeless People are Considered Thieves, The Homeless Fun Continues

Yesterday I wrote about my experience being falsely accused of shoplifting at Albertsons. It has been very upsetting to me. I called this morning to request a copy of the video surveillance while I was in the store, the director of that store told me the clerk asking me, what about the lunch meat, was not accusing me of shoplifting, that their employees are trained not to accuse people of shoplifting. She thought I had lunch meat in my bag after presenting her with my purchases, but the director of the store claims that is not an accusation of shoplifting. I told him look, she specifically asked me about lunch meat and then gave me a crazy story about how customers shop, put their purchases into their bags and then take them out at the register to pay for them. No store allows that unless it is one of those obvious shopping bags. He told me people steal backpacks, put their purchases in them and go to the cash register. So do they think I stole the gym bag I have been carrying around in the morning from them? I have never seen backpacks for sale at an Albertson's, in fact one of the reasons I prefer Fred Meyers over them is their very limited stock in the food area. They do have a salad bar where Fred Meyer does not which is one of the main reasons I DID shop there.

He tried to gaslight me by saying that asking someone, what about that lunch meat, is not accusing them of shoplifting. He said the same thing the clerk said yesterday that is really sick and disgusting, "I'm sorry you took it that way." Really!?  Do they think I'm stupid because I can assure them this is not the case and I recognize gaslighting right away. No, she said what she said and according to the director Albertsons trains them to say what she said. The manager further confirmed they train people to play word games in an attempt to accuse and then say the accused is just confused and taking things the wrong way, they are over reacting, yes we said something but you know she is just an ignorant homeless person. Hey, how ignorant to I appear now buddy?

He kept saying someone in their loss prevention department would contact me, no one from Albertsons at the store level or corporate level has contacted me. Why would I need to talk with her as there was no loss, only accusations and gaslighting which is a form of lying and attempted brain washing?

I told this director that judges are pretty smart and would be able to interpret the words she used and that it is an obvious accusation. If they ask if you have anything else that is not an accusation, asking, what about the lunch meat is a specific accusation in which the clerk acknowledged that she believed I had taken lunch meat and secreted it in my duffel bag. So he can kiss my ass. I did tell him that Joe Albertson had just turned over in his grave about what he said to me.

I also asked the manager why the person in charge of the store yesterday did not even bother to ask for my name and phone number when I told him what happened and at that point I was too shocked to even function. I know the answer, so they could make their attempt to just blow me off because they are still trying to do that.

The reason why this happened was I am homeless and they believe as does most of the community that all homeless people are thieves. In Boise most people believe the homeless are all addicts and alcoholics as well, but statistics show it is actually about 1/3 of the homeless population everywhere which is higher that the general 1/10 of the population. Furthermore, some of them were not using chemicals until they were homeless and treated inhumanely. Many of the homeless are traumatized individuals forced to live in a shelter and they are essentially trauma factories, over and over and over until people are just a shell of their former selves.

I certainly found out at the laundromat on 16th about the prejudices against the homeless from businesses. Due to wanting to get away from annoying people at an unstaffed laundromat I left a load of laundry there and called to find out about it. This is when the owner let me know what she thinks about the homeless people she makes her living off of, "It's mostly homeless in that area and they steal everything." Then I told her look lady I'm homeless and do not steal anything." In fact my money has been stolen at two laundromats in Boise and after screwing me they treated me very rudely. At that particular laundromat where lots of homeless people do their laundry the owners charge 25 cents for five minutes of drying, but laundromats in other areas charge 25 cents for ten minutes of drying. Also when setting the washers the price of the load of laundry goes up if you use hot water. HEY LAUNDROMAT LADY, WHO IS THE THIEF NOW?

Meanwhile back in hellish homeless shelter land I was able to sleep longer last night. The ear plugs I got from Walmart did help but apparently the intentional bed bouncing has stopped. I am still exhausted and Albertsons did not help any. I will not shop there as it is obviously not safe for me, so had to walk a long distance somewhere else with ME/cfs, thanks.

In Alaska three days after filing an appeal a prosecutor, a public defender and a crooked judge all working out of the Nome court system and using two sociopathic brothers in Homer Alaska set up a false scenario to have me wrongfully arrested and imprisoned. It included an ex parte hearing that they never informed me of, very unethical. While I was locked up and tortured by the state of Alaska my cat was starved and tortured by one of the sociopaths who stole about half of my property and put the rest out in the rain. They were my landlords in a lodge where I had gone without heat, water, electricity and it was quite unsafe. BTW, those are the kinds of places people who are low income, people like me on Social Security Disability get to live. Bad things happen and we end up homeless over and over, so after a while people just stay homeless as it is less trauma causing even though that causes trauma too. Then all the problems with the places we rent cause bad rental histories because landlords are believed even when everything they say is a lie.

A meth lab was set up there and the other tenants were criminal types. The troopers knew about the meth lab and did nothing, leaving a four year old in the care of one of them. After Alaska and now Idaho it is clear the United States does not care too much about the welfare of children.

The landlords stole from me and did not provide services included in the rent and had been doing this to others for years. I told the police in Homer the story, they falsified a police report, demonized me and took no action allowing one of the meth cooks to sell meth and heroin in Homer for years. I believe it was the part about the prostitution and that they already knew about it, were customers or were involved. All the while the hapless cops in Homer were going, we have no idea why all these businesses are being broken into or where all the meth comes from. Then years later probation/parole out of Anchorage while looking for another guy caught him in their web. They allowed many people to be harmed including the perp who was young and addicted, needing treatment. I have a shitload of stories like this. The point was I was wrongfully imprisoned through corruption of officers of the court to cover up their corruption. They then tried to use the charge as leverage to get me to drop the appeal. I did not cooperate, but it did not matter because as per usual the public defender agency screwed me instead. They had all committed crimes and the lawyers should have all be disbarred. everyone got appointments and promotions. The two sociopaths should have been charged with multiple counts of theft, animal cruelty, filing a false police report and for one of them perjury in court. Oh and he also threatened to hire someone to beat me, so some kind of assault. Nothing happened because those two scumbags would spill their guts about the conspiracy so the assholes of the court protected them. Two of the players are right now trying to become judges and lying their asses off about me.

 I had the post conviction case with me when I left Alaska and the Interfaith Sanctuary threw that one and two others along with documentation from FOIA requests in their dumpster. So what happened at Albertsons has affected me, but if this had not happened I would still be really pissed off.

Last night I come to the shelter and now call the gate where we enter the Brandenburg gate, Ich bin ein Berliner, brown shirts and SS, hehe. When they asked for my bed and locker number I told them but then said that I would rather sleep under a bed in the men's dorm. The student looked very confused and started to tell me that was not an option, but the staff cracked up. Then I explained that had happened and when the men told me in the morning I said that maybe trying that would be a good idea to help me get more sleep due to the crazy crap that goes on in the women's dorm.

This morning was my chore day. Now that we have lockers to put our stuff in rather than just having to leave it sitting outside at the shelter I have much less anxiety while doing them. I generally do not care which one is assigned. I only have problems with aerosolized bleach and if I am having a ME/cfs viral flare etc. and orthostatic doing something with lots of bending over is a problem, but that is not going on now. So I tell him I don't care about which chore. The problem was the bathrooms I was assigned to clean were to close at 7 AM but people in that area of the shelter did not get up and get ready to leave, so they expected me to just stand there and wait while one after another used the bathrooms. I finally started knocking on the door with two of them who did not even bother to hurry. One knocked on the door while I was cleaning and wanted me to come out then fiddle-farted around and the other one did too, then finally left without even flushing the damn toilet. So tired of this. What pissed me off was when staff finally came to intervene he tells me to go sit and calm down. No, I am not the problem, don't blame the messenger and don't make me have to stay there longer due to the actions of others. I was Johnny-on-the-spot to do what I was supposed to do but no one else was, capisce? I am very tired of paying for the sins of others in that shelter. But what really matters to them is my flip-flops in an extra plastic baggie.
