Parking Code Change in Boise Idaho Targets Vehicle Dwellers. Boise Police Harass By Proxy in Front of Home of Code Author. He Makes it Clear the BPD is the Security Force of the Oligarchy

Parked in front of his home and wrote a message about the code change, I am completely in compliance with it. The city council lied about targeting vehicle dwelling homeless. There is a war going on in Boise against the homeless and the Boise Police help manufacture reasons to go after some people while other homeless harass us for contractors. There is a merger acquisition situation that changes which contractor is in charge so they are in a reorganizing period right now with some chaos with their harassment operations.

In Boise Idaho there is a massive war going on against the homeless population. They want people herded into homeless shelters where slow murder can be implemented, infectious disease, poor diet, lack of sleep, harassment and trauma. There is very little housing available here and the cost of housing has gone up in Boise more than any other city. Affordable housing has less than 1% openings which means when they say they are putting homeless people into housing they are lying. One year I added the claims from both the Interfaith Sanctuary and the Mission about how many people they said were put into housing and if the lies were true all the homeless would have been housed. In fact during that very year I asked the mission system to help me find housing and the social worker said, “We don’t do that.” She further explained that they never had, in the past they just referred people to the Salvation Army, but at that time were not even doing that.

The city has built housing for problem people because it benefits the budget and then veterans. Elderly and disabled are last and dying in the shelters or outside the shelters. This is true even if they don’t understand it. Right now, the popular cause is families so the mayor and city council have hitched their wagons to it.
They do not have the interests of the homeless in mind, they simply want us to be out of view as this video demonstrates. The goal with the homeless system locally to federally is control of the excess humanity.
Shoreline Development and their partners have harassed and harmed the homeless during the pandemic. Along with the city of Boise they reduced the parking in two industrial areas causing huge problems putting young druggie types together with the older social security people. It was torture last spring summer and fall with the massive harassment. This included massive construction work and intentionally harassment from contractors such as landscaping with fake names on their trucks and trailers. Landscapers would even arrive between 10 PM and midnight to spray pesticides into trees above cars people were living in and shine huge lights. That was all planned because their intention was to run all homeless out of the area including the Interfaith Sanctuary a homeless shelter.
That began at the beginning of the pandemic, they caused people to be crowded together. I have immune system issues and people were intentionally coughing into my car and knocking on my windows at all hours. Boise Police were missing in action, often even if called. But in this video, you can see who they really work for, the haves who in Boise are fighting to harm the have nots.
The Boise Police would not respond to calls, did not drive through the area, allowed crimes to be committed and did harassment, especially against myself. I have lots of evidence. Then on top of that was the constant construction which Boise often uses to harass the homeless while walking and especially those who live in vehicles.
It was like the night of the living dead and there was a reason which I call COVID Shock Doctrine. They were preparing for a study requested by O’Neil at Shoreline Development and wanted the numbers to be bad so there would be an excuse for the oligarchy and city to take measures against the homeless. They allowed some dangerous people to harm especially myself and took no action. They would not even request security video when someone bashed the back window out of my car in March and when someone punched my car the cop came stopped for a few seconds never getting out of the car and drove away. The report said he didn’t see anything. I have a shit ton of stories like that.
Recently it was in the news that the city council requested people not to harass their neighbors. There was only one person on the city council who voted no for a parking code that harmed low-income people, Lisa Sanchez, she is the one who discussed neighbors harming others due to being the only one to have empathy for people other than oligarchs or special categories of the population. People are huge bullying harassers here. The cop said there was one call and I believe he lied about who made it due to my experiences with constant lies from BPD, then the Boise Police Department harassed me by proxy. Unbelievable.
As far as the information I could get, I am parked in front of city council member Patrick Bageant who recently wrote a change to a parking code making things harder for those who live in vehicles. I have a message written on the back of my car that makes it clear I am referring to that code change. Not 100% sure it’s the right house, but Bageant has a business that is supposedly at this house.
There are 3 day parking codes for unmarked areas. The code change was written so people could not leave and come back to the same spot. It requires a distance of 6,000 feet and a change in blockface for a period of 3 days. Many of my questions about it have gone unanswered. What about people who leave every day and then come back? Some leave several times a day. There are not many industrial type areas that work for parking away from residential areas and harassment happens everywhere in this city of bullies. They created the lack of affordable housing and now seek to harm those who have no housing.
Where I have been parking there is a park so garbage can be thrown away and bathrooms for those who need them. They want to run off people in vehicles, run homeless out of Boise, force those who stay into health harming shelters. They seek to stigmatize the homeless after they destroyed affordable housing and then diddled around not building any.
Shame on the city of Boise and those who have bullied me for years. Shame on those who sabotage everything I am doing. Shame on the smear campaigners. Shame on the leadership and shame on the Boise Police Department. What went on here tonight is just one of so many examples over the years. A not too bright cop sent to try and manipulate me for those who own property or have more money than I do. Not very human of you and doesn’t say much for Americans. 

 

 

Talking about the apartment I was run out of. He has no idea what goes on in this city just like the mayor, city council and the rest of the Boise Police Department. Why did you leave? I just told you, Was it because you couldn't deal with the harassment. What in the FUCK! If you go to another place where you aren't as open to the public people won't call us. Yes they will and businesses will call them to give me more unjust parking tickets or do construction and landscaping harassment and bullies will call just because they are Boise bullies. Where I was parked before with all of the problems the Boise Police told me to go park in a nicer area. I did and now I am told to move out of there. See how the city of Boise operates?

This is the first post about this ticket which I put all the evidence on due to their website not taking a small file of just a screen shot of a page. I got a message it was received but they claimed to not get it. That happens with everything here including evidence submitted to the Ada County Court.

There will be way more on this and other sick, sadistic actions taken to harm me by the city of Boise and it's sadistic predatory oligarchs.The fact that my evidence is indisputable will not stop one of these corrupt judges at the Ada County Courts from ruling against me as the whole of Boise's people in powerful positions are working to harm the homeless community. They destroy housing, add very little affordable housing, work on only certain homeless subsets such as veterans and families while pushing elderly and disabled to the curb. Then they seek to torture people like me for years who were forced to live in vehicles as their only option. Jaw jacking that they care and want to build affordable housing is first of all disingenuous considering what they did beginning last March and their summer of allowing all kinds of problems which BTW continued through the winter in order to create large numbers of complaints to use as evidence of problems. They did this by decreasing parking during a pandemic and allowing criminal behavior to create chaos. I was harmed egregiously. More on all of this. 

 After receiving this denial email I wrote a notice of an appeal as I had to do for unjust parking ticket #1 and went to the court house only to find out there are two systems of rules for tickets. For police tickets one must file an appeal for a court hearing. For parking enforcement tickets there is a traffic court. I had no idea these two systems designed to harass people existed. I wasted energy and time on that. I have ME/cfs and have been made very ill over and over due to their evil bullshit. Shame on these people running this corrupt city. I left the court house and went down to city hall trying to speak to some people which is nearly impossible. It is like a ghost town there. How the hell does one run a city this way? Finally after waiting  a while already pissed off I went upstairs to the third floor where no one was in the outer office of the mayor's office. Later the staff came out of the back.Was she hiding from me? A lawyer for the city came up there to talk to me about the cluster. Later he left me a message about the the process of traffic court for parking enforcement tickets.

Their decision is totally based on false information. But, what would I expect in a city run by sadistic capitalism and hegemony. 

I am well aware of the 72 hour parking law and did not violate it. "Officer's photos and notes indicate vehicle was not removed," "indicate"? The notes indicate, whoever wrote this false denial seems to be hesitant to state strongly that the photos and notes clearly demonstrate I was parked there over 72 hours. Why could that be? My evidence clearly does without a doubt provide tangible facts that I was not parked there for over 72 hours but instead was parked for 48 hours or less. This is very much how the city of Boise operates, on lies and bullying.
 

So, I have been given the dates in which to go the the corrupted court house and plead not guilty to the second unjust parking ticket issued to me for the purpose of organized harassment secondary to the orders of the oligarchic cadre trying to run the homeless out of the area where I park. These dates came with the threat that if I lost all court costs would be charged to me. I am completely innocent of your charge of parking too long, it is totally false and anyone with 2 or 3 brain cells would understand that from my last post.  

I have way more on the 72 hour parking regs and attempts to change them to harass the homeless and I am well aware they will deny that because any time their lips are moving....

This post is about the second unjust parking ticket I have gotten in Boise Idaho. The first time is documented in a video from May 28th 2020 and so is the phone call with parking enforcement in which they said time limits were not being enforced. If this assbackwards city had two different entities making decisions about parking enforcement citizens should have been informed, most certainly when I called them they should have told me the Boise Boise Police Department just does as they damn well please. And BPD does do as they damn well please BTW.  You bet they do. Here is the video, there will be very justified swearing.

UPDATE: After An Inappropriate Conversation with a Watch Commander I Filed a Public Records Request About Long Term Ongoing Mistreatment and Slander From the Boise Police Department. The Response Indicates Corruption.

 

Then this unjust ticket below happened, such coincidences. I called the police about massive other harassment going on by thugs and druggies which is SOP, in Boise these things come together. BPD are you paying loser types to gangstalk with your C.I. funds? Or is it a contractor who has been hired by a business or is it just the massive drug ring in Boise? I asked for someone at BPD to file a report like I do often knowing full well nothing will be done about any issues or even crimes. That can mean a phone call or no reaction at all. I have not gotten returned phone calls many, many times for years. I have had some really inappropriate things said to me. Also if I swear some of them get the vapors, they are so delicate, oh the humanity. Believe me the things I call about are very swearable. 

I called about a very large amount of harassment that went on over several days to ask for a report to be filed expect an officer to call me or not, never know. Boise put a sticker on a motorhome which does not run that had been parked in one spot for about 6 weeks. There were problems, yelling, fighting, garbage, the usual scenario. Two days later they moved where I normally park and the gangstalking activity began from multiple sources including being harassed by a lowrider. Yea, that was odd. I did document that because who the hell would believe the story like so many other bizarre things that go on in Boise Idaho. Then there was either a drug drop scenario which I had also seen last summer or a LARP of a drug drop, yes they do that. 

This time a bike cop arrived rather than call. Guess who, the cop who gave me the first unjust parking ticket. He wanted to argue the case. I don't think that was a coincidence and it may have been a message. Message received and rejected.

This ticket was issued for being parked in a spot on a street with a three day parking reg for greater than 72 hours. I had however been parked there less than 48 hours. If I screwed up and got count of the days wrong or something then that would be on me even though unintended. I had documentation that demonstrated it was a false claim, false ticket. 

There is a large amount of evidence this ticket is false. With the first ticket I did not document because I believed parking enforcement when they said the time limits on parking were not being enforced during the pandemic. I do not believe after all I've been through anything anyone with the city of Boise says. 

This is what one has to do in an oppressive society to protect themselves from being targeted by the local government. 

When running errands I use my debit card so my bank account can be used as evidence I left where normally parked and came back. Parking enforcement officer PC08 on February 22nd had taken a picture of the stem on my left front tire which they call chalking as real chalking is a violation of the 4th Amendment. Then I went and ran errands for hours on the 23rd. Then on the 25th he took pictures of my car including the same tire. I got out of my car wearing my sock monkey pajamas because I saw him taking the pictures. He looked similar to a man parked behind my car the day before. I knew I had not violated any parking codes so was shocked to see the city of Boise targeting me for a second unjust ticket. He took off like a little bitch when I exited my car. 

The whole point is harassment and taking in money for the city and they don't care that what they are doing is evil, sadistic torture. In fact after years of abuse from the city of Boise Idaho I know for a fact their intentions are to harm people, otherwise they would not do these things to people living in hard situations in this dangerous city. The current mayor was on the city council for over a decade while they all diddled around and did not get affordable housing built. The city officials would not have intentionally decided to not promote and build affordable housing in order to push out the poor if they had any morals which they clearly do not.  

Don't get me started on the state of the homeless shelter, the crowding, the issues with health and safety and my whistleblowing that resulted in massive harassment. The government uses non-profits so they can claim everything that goes wrong or goes on has nothing to do with them. 

On February 23rd I did lots of errands, more than are shown here. One of these purchases is a gas station, one a grocery store, one a sandwich shop and another is my storage unit where I paid in person.

None of this could have been done while I was parked. 

 

I went to my storage yesterday and asked the manager if he remembered me coming to the office on February 23rd to ask him to put my payment through. He remembered and printed out the receipt and noted I paid in person. Thank you. 

 

Was glad to have all the above evidence because my normal documentation when parking to prevent the city of Boise from giving me an unjust parking ticket I believed was accidentally deleted when searched for due to my being so upset. I accidentally moved it to another spot instead. Imagine being so oppressed by the city you live in after they helped make you homeless by allowing a crime, a drug ring and gangstalking that you have to make a proof of date and time parking video every damn time you park to prevent the bastards from giving you an unjust parking ticket.

It was still there, but even without it my evidence is overwhelming. If I ever forgot to make one of these videos then I'd post a comment on FB that I had evidence in my bank account of running errands. This is how oppressive and abusive Boise Idaho is. They intentionally made sure there was hardly any place poor people could rent, then the shelters are horrible. Being a retired RN with immune system problems who mostly worked critical care the crowding, the lack of handwashing, the beds so close together, people allowed to hang their wet and/or filthy clothing on my bed and putting their hands on it constantly,men allowed to put their hands on me and lots more was shocking. Then the fact that one could not walk without rubbing against someone was insane. The city of Boise knew, I told them so did the health dept. Oh, and the mice they said were so dangerous in the tent city in 2015, were also in our property, peeing, pooping, shredding clothing and dying, but that was perfectly safe according to the health department.

The abuse against the poor in Boise Idaho is unconscionable. The city has a very clear caste system and they have spent decades intentionally attracting materialist people to the city while displacing the poor. 

The really odd thing to me is they go after people who are just living in vehicles and not causing problems but have allowed huge issues with others that do cause problems. I have complained about those problems because I have to park on the street and been threatened with violence, harassed and treated like I'm lying or crazy when I complain to the police or city hall. This is why I have cameras.

Applications on cell phones are often used to harass me in Boise. This is an example of how businesses and individuals connected to right wing groups such as the III%ers do harassment. I would be sitting in a park and as many as three vehicles, usually pickup trucks would park next to me, often illegally and then all begin texting on their phones. Then they would drive away at the same time. I have had massive organized harassment, they will even go in stores and tell them I am shoplifting or there can be an employee who is a member of one of the groups. It is also very clear that organized harassment is happening at the level of city employees. This could be sanctioned by the city or not, but certainly the city has done nothing about it and probably doesn't believe it which is why I need to keep dumping evidence. Police have been involved in the harassment.

UPDATE: 

When I went on the website of the city of Boise Parking Enforcement to file the appeal there were pictures that I filed a public records request for, had no idea they would be there. 

Notice there is one picture of my car from the 22nd of February and on the 25th of February there are four of my car. Why? What would be the point of one upon the first day scan to help the city deplete the meager funds of the poor and four on the third day? I have to wonder if some pictures were deleted for ass covering purposes.

I compared pictures of the tires and whole car. 

They use the tire stems as a marker. I had no idea they did that. I am on the up and up, just assuming if I did not park past the 72 hour limit they would leave me alone, but no, it's Idaho, harassment is legal and the city uses harassment as a weapon against the poor viciously . In the past they marked the tires with chalk but a circuit court declared that a violation of the 4th amendment which was obvious and I sent a letter to the city asking them to stop marking my tires which they refused to do. There are videos. The stem position is very much looking the same. The difference in the tires however is the one on the 25th is slightly turned and from the 22nd it's pretty straight.

I am not sure if the pictures from the 22nd are just from a drive by, but there should have been a picture from further back demonstrating more details from that drive through. I will find out what the policy is. They seem to base their whole evaluation of a violation of the tire stem. It is possible for the positioning of the stem to be similar.

The mayor and others were so upset when they were harassed at their homes with noise and people looking to harm them along with the harassment. I have had those things going on for years and a lot more. My car is my home, imagine having people constantly going by taking pictures trying to find a way to fine you when you are trying to figure out how to find enough money for health care, basic necessities, things you need to live in the car. And all the while what am I doing, not bothering anyone, but huge numbers of people were allowed to harass, threaten, stand next to my car to yell intentionally, do other types of noise campaigns, shake it, knock on my window at all hours. Stop and pull LARPS and that includes BPD who also parked to menace me. Very sick, sick behavior by a city that intentionally helped put me in this position. There is no way I would rent from a landlord here, I have already had enough of Boise narcissistic abuse.

For years I have been harassed in Boise by a large number of moronic assholes and some of them are on the Boise Police Department, some were on the fire department, ACHD, worked for the library system, the parks department, and on and on. Boise Idaho is very corrupt. There is a large population of sociopaths, morons and bullying bastards in Boise Idaho. There are people in jobs that require experience and education that have no idea what they are doing. It is not unusual to have to help people make change. Even going to a drive through restaurant can be a chance for people to abuse me by intentionally not putting lids on drinks so they spill on me or consistently giving me something other than what I order. There are also III%ers who get in front of me in drive through a lot. Maybe the franchises could go to a real business person. Where I bought my car there have been huge problems with sabotage, lies and abuse. They tried to commit fraud against me. That was very traumatizing. They have riped me off. All of that is probably legal in Idaho. I don't even consider Idaho to be a part of the United States, it's some kind of terrorist state. When I fill out forms here that have a line wanting to know what country I live in my response is Assholistan.

 

I was gangstalked out of an apartment, no agency did their jobs, especially the police department, oh they finally showed up after there was a murder. Thanks a lot. That was the Civic Plaza Apartments where I was gangstalked the whole time I was there, the place was filled with bed bugs, there were constant weaponized fire alarms, odd goings on and a management company who did not do their job. Apparently these are the conditions people are expected to live in here in Boise Idaho. The staff were actually afraid to go into the buildings and so was I. Thanks for the police and firemen who harassed me for years. Thanks for the jerk who came down from human resources at city hall to stalk me when I was just trying to give a copy of the parking ticket appeal to the city attorney's office. Thanks for saying city hall was opened when it was really not. Thanks for never returning a phone call. Thanks for making me do all this bullshit with my compromised immune system during a pandemic. Thanks for Maureen Brewer (Continuum of Care, but Boise gave it a cute name) hiding for years. Thanks for running a city filled with hateful people, liars, stalkers, harassers and letting them all run over decent people because they are allowed to harm others due to a lack of laws and those in leadership roles not give one fucking shit. Oh yes and thanks to all the crazy legislators in Idaho who believe crazy things and don't care about people at all unless it comes to helping them not wear masks during a pandemic because your ignorance is the same as the education of health care professionals. Lawyers have told me to call the police even if they are not going to do anything about the harassment, I do. There are no laws against harassment in Idaho, except for minorities. Tonight I called to report yet another car that parked on my ass twice tonight. There are people who have more than one vehicle who fill up all the spots, there are cars that have appeared recently to just park and take up spaces those who are sleeping in vehicles need. This is intentional blocking. The car was on my ass earlier and when I got video and took down window coverings to leave they left. Then they came back around 10 PM, parked on my ass, then they began slamming doors and removing crap from a second vehicle piling it in the street and on the sidewalk behind the one on my ass. I believe the woman is the same who had a guy in a zombie car dangerously tow her derelict motor home onto my ass about a month ago and then she was allowed to park way past time limits for weeks. Chaos is how people operate in Boise, but lack of any common courtesy and behavior that people in other places would not believe is standard here. The first time I rearranged stuff to move, they left so I settled back down. Then they came back and the spots on the other road were taken. So now I am on a busy, noise filled street. I asked for a safe place to park and the city of Boise and a business intentionally decreased parking spots based on lies in one case and city hall corruption. During the pandemic we should have been spread out but you just care about businesses and probably wish we would all die. Your actions speak much louder than your bullshit words. The cop told me if people don't like me here I should go park in Nampa, he did. I think he was on the verge of telling me I should go back to California, I came from Alaska and these people tell me that all the time because they are so hateful. These are the most hateful motherfuckers I have ever seen in my life and I have lived in many places. How dare he tell me to go to Nampa, Oh, how about Caldwell, maybe a 65 year old woman would be better off in a high crime area. Then I said, well maybe I could park in Meridian where they hate homeless people and the police could come and harass me and a lot more. I asked the cop who he was and he said, "police officer." I said I wanted his name several times before he gave it to me stating, "Jones." I suspect that may be a false name. This is the BPD after all. I then talked to the sergeant, at least he said he was. Officer "Jones" then proceeds to tell me it is illegal to sleep in a car in Boise if the shelters have openings. This is my home, I am not camping. I checked, the Interfaith Sanctuary is full, Jesus' Concentration Camp for Unsheltered Women has openings. I went there once, they violate the Constitution and lie about it to the public as they have forced religion. They also lock women in a building for two hours in the evening like prisoners. I am not going to be abused by the small minded insane people of Boise. They have random constant chores, force women to come during the day to idiotic classes. When I asked what they hell they were wasting my time on idiocy for they said they just wanted to keep us busy. I was busy doing actual real things, taking a test to see what kind of dog I am is is not helpful, it is stupidity. I am not a Christian, I do not like emotional abuse, some of the staff are very slow minded and some are very abusive, they threw women out left and right. That is not a real shelter and it wasn't one anyway, but instead really a halfway house for the court system. I was given a notice to leave, I guess Jesus didn't love me after all. A non-profit came to test for HIV, do teaching and some testing. They asked why STDs are getting worse among women. I said because religious organizations were working to keep schools from teaching young people how to protect themselves from STDs and pregnancies. Within two hours they gave me a notice to leave the next day. The next evening I went to the Interfaith Sanctuary and stood for two hours with ME/cfs and POTS. One of the staff took another person in front of me for a bed two days in a row to be cruel to me. This is how Boise works. I assume one of the reasons they want people in the shelters is they love torture, that is what goes on so they would have to think it is normal and the right thing to do. Shelters are also very dangerous to physical and mental health. The city doesn't give a damn, they just want the homeless compartmentalized for their overlords, the oligarchy. 

 

 

 

  The cruelty from the shelters is off the scale. People who are homeless are already traumatized, then the sociopaths and the staff love to psychologically torture people and do what they can to destroy them. There is little sleep due to the behavior problems and those who are sociopathic, drunk and high are the favorites of the staff and allowed to keep everyone else awake at the Interfaith Sanctuary. There was very little supervision so the sociopaths and bullies ruled the place. Still that was better than Jesus Jail. There is not one moment of peace as they yell, talk constantly loudly all at the same time, use colognes, nail polish causing severe allergies. Women are always put in the worst place in the warehouse shelters and at Interfaith it is across from the laundry room with the noise and toxic bleach fumes.

 

 

 

   

 

This week there was a lot of gangstalking. It seems to be related to a public records request finally being filled, but not really filled. I will be evaluating that soon here. It appears I will have to file a court case on that and FFS I already am working on the appeal of an appeal of an appeal about a fucking unjust parking ticket issued to me after parking enforcement told me they were not enforcing time limits during the early part of the pandemic. There is a recording of the call. Then the Boise Police Department gave me a ticket. Officer Nixon during the hearing stated businesses were asking them to give homeless people tickets. The Ada County Courts have lost my evidence twice so far, accidentally on purpose. The appeal judge tried to dismiss my case. The recording of the cattle call BS hearing with lack of due process was found on the original judge's desk. The county court is either very corrupt or a complete charley foxtrot, probably both. It is clear city hall is as well. nbsp;

 

 

 

These people here are both too stupid to understand enough science to wear a mask, too egocentric to wear a mask to help other people and such bullies they just go right on ahead and violate the rules of businesses and the city/county/state mandates. Then nothing is done, they just let them do as they damn well please endangering others. COVID 19 is skyrocketing because the stupid and the selfishness are strong in Idaho. Going to a grocery store in Boise is like running the gauntlet. The staff are often just as bad as the customers. I actually had staff in a grocery store tell me masks make people sick and that plexiglass only works to block viruses on one side. Of course the staff in many stores are afraid of the terrorists here who cause all kinds of problems. They intentionally did not build any affordable housing here until their recent projects. The current mayor was on the damn city council for 8 years, what the hell did she do? They ran my ass around with a section 8 voucher trying to find an apartment that did not exist until the voucher expired. They lie to the public like they are getting people into housing. No not unless you fit their category at any particular point in time. It really pissed me off they lied to me about finding housing because I kept getting sick trying to do something that was impossible so these fakers can try to look good. There were massive lies about putting people into housing. I almost died the first winter at the Interfaith Sanctuary with the men who were allowed to put their hands on me, the women who were allowed to put their things on my bunk and hang their jackets and clothing on my bed. I went round and round about that with Dan Ault as well as them not promoting hand washing. I even found a source for free hand washing signs, they did not want them. Anything that made sense was not allowed. I am not going to a shelter because I have enough health problems, my life has already been shortened by being in them, by living at the Civic Plaza Apartments, the psychological torture including gangstalking, being forced to breathe second hand cigarette smoke, the stalking and harassment from police and other first responders. I assume if you want me in a shelter you are trying to kill me, because that is what shelters do, shorten lives and cause horrible health problems. They are night concentration camps, night prisons designed to keep society from having to fulfill their responsibility to the poor, homeless, disabled and elderly. All of you can go straight to hell. I will stay here until I get through with the civil matters in your corrupt court system. The lawsuit could take years. Then I will go back to the United States. You are not going to get away with what you have done to me here in Assholistan.  

 

 

 

 

I Was Harassed Again While Parking for the Night. I'm Sick and Needed to Lay Down. The Boise Police Will Not Do a Thing About Anything, Why Would They Considering they Gangstalk Me Too

I just had another incident of assholes running me off from where I parked and set up for the night. Do I think this was just something that happened, a random event, no I do not. I parked in that spot all fall and through the winter, suddenly those guys show up to harass and run me off. I was heavily gangstalked last week by some of Boise's sociopathics, it's related. The city is just OK with that, well in fact they let a large number of assholes run me out of an apartment, so did HUD, Ada County, Idaho Housing Fiance, HUD and their useless non-profit. They all act like they are clueless, what I've come to realize is they aren't acting. They all act like there is something wrong with me because being harassed upsets me, it's normal to be upset by it and in fact it is very harmful to people.The fact that they do not understand this is frightening on many levels. Where is the "trauma informed approach? Preventing trauma is not something the city of Boise is interested in, no, they want to cause trauma. It is being done intentionally to harm me by a large number of people. Both the state and the city are allowing it and likely the federal government is also. This makes it a conspiracy to harm, both state and federal.

In Boise Idaho people think harassment and bullying are normal, this is why they have no laws against harassment other than for minorities. But in Idaho with all the misogynistic men women should be considered minorities and disabled people who are treated like garbage here should be considered minorities. They allow men at the Downtown library to put their hands on women, same with the Interfaith Sanctuary a homeless shelter. It is truly unbelievable.





I am not the only person being gangstalked in Boise Idaho. I took this picture a couple years ago very close to where I was parked tonight until I was harassed by bullies. Boise is the city of bullies. There are all kinds of networks in Idaho gangstalking targets and the police are used. I have been harassed by the Idaho State Police and the Ada County Sheriff's Department also, but Boise Police are domestic terrorists. This is happening all over the country and in other parts of the world, the FVEY  countries and NATO countries mostly.

The "Five Eyes" (FVEY) refers to an alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement for joint cooperation in signals intelligence, military intelligence, and human intelligence.

If anyone wants to know why Idaho was just classified as having the stupidest people in the country I can explain why. First of all the schools are horrible and one reason is the legislature wants it that way. You can't control people who are educated, you can't get away with criminal activity behind the scenes. These radical right wing legislators thinks anyone who is educated automatically becomes a liberal. But by liberal they mean Democrat and they aren't liberals except for a very small subset, they are right of center. That was done intentionally. Next the massive harassment and bullying of children lowers their IQs. There is a lot of child abuse in Idaho.

Look at the numbers, it isn't just that they are a bit lower than other states, no it's unbelievable. These are the people who harass me and they vote so no wonder Idaho is so screwed up. I already knew from being the supervisor of a psych a bit about low IQs and bullying. They traumatize children here because they are ignorant and think abuse is normal. That abuse lowers IQs and people with low IQs tend to bully more. Try being around the behaviors and then the same behaviors from the Boise Police Department, try calling a legislator and having them just repeat Republican talking points to you. 

The police show up and do nothing, but have so much time to gangstalk me all the time. After years of being here I have come to the conclusion that is their primary assignment, to harass people. Like I said to the cop tonight I had no idea when I came here I was landing in a "cousin fucking Alabama state." How the hell Idaho got into the Pacific Northwest?

Boise Idaho is a problem. I guess these people want me to tell the whole fucking story and I will. I'm going to go full bitchwoman on them and tell the whole damn story. 

The Grounds of the Homeless Shelter in Boise Idaho Was Covered in Slick Ice, Same With the Alley Around It and Sidewalks to the Soup Kitchen and Day Shelter

The photo below is from just the day after I fell on the ice inside the gates of the shelter right about where I stood to take the picture. That is a BPD vehicle. There was no real bomb scare just a jury rigged Christmas decoration, but they got called to investigate it at Corpus Christy day shelter. The grounds were all like this all winter. If confronted about it Dan Ault would insinuate the person was lazy. He would state they had no salt to put down and make statements that maybe the person complaining about it should pay for it. Yes, this is what went on constantly.

There were elderly women who would cry in the morning when they came out of the shelter terrified they might fall and fracture a bone making statements like, I'll never make it. Some of us helped them get to Corpus Christi the day shelter next door. There was no way they could get to the soup kitchen at the men's mission down the street as the sidewalks were in the same condition. Often I would leave early before most of the others almost like I was running for my life, because I was, walking in the dark on the slick ice to find a warm place to have a cup of coffee. On some days I was looking for two people with mental health problems that were thrown out of the shelter for behavior issues, both very vulnerable, sometimes they were freezing having been outside all night and in bad shape. They often would be at Albertsons trying to warm up and having been awake all night falling asleep. While they dozed off I would buy a coffee and put it in front of them to prevent  them knowing where it came from, trying to prevent staff from throwing them out. I'm traumatized again just writing about this.Triggering PTSD is just one of the reasons I have not posted more about the torture and horrors of being homeless in Boise Idaho sooner.

In the photo above and the video below which are both years old the people are unidentifiable. The families were let in 1/2 hour before the single people. The single people which include the elderly and disabled are always last, including from the city in getting housing. Standing on the ice in the freezing cold caused me to get frost bite. The main toe affected is still recovering from it years later. I am quite aware of what frost bite looks like having been an ER nurse in Nome Alaska.

In this video people are impossible to identify, I was there and don't recognize anyone. There is a child in the cart that can't be seen and one behind some adults where only the clothing on the back of the child can be seen. No child can be identified. This was from December of 2015. I had been at the shelter about a month at this point.

Throughout the winter many falls happened with me several times on the shelter property and on the city sidewalks. The city had so little compassion and cared so little for the well being of the homeless they allowed property owners to go without clearing slick ice from the sidewalks. The soup kitchen down the street was not accessible to many people. The shelter housed many frail elderly people who if they fell would certainly have a fracture. I fell several times which included a head injury leaving blood on the sidewalk. When city hall was called the reaction was, "We'll send them a letter." There is apparently no enforcement of any regulations for property owners or any caring about safety.

This post is about a month after I arrived at the shelter, was already very ill and disgusted by the abuse and conditions.

Library staff would follow me into the bathroom. It was one staff on the third floor. Considering her reaction to the Mormon gangstalkers I would say she is Mormon and a twisted sister.

The IV KCL is my odd sense of humor and related to having been a critical care nurse.

The chief of police who never returned any phone calls and neither did the shift commanders of a police department that refused to allow me to file police reports about harassment, threats of assault and more has resigned recently stating he is retiring. Several police officers in Boise should be charged with crimes for what they did to just me, not allowing police reports, refusing to do anything about harassment, running cars at me, stalking me, menacing me and most likely compelling the huge Army of Weaponized Morons in Boise to constantly harass, sabotage and disrupt me. They did nothing about the drug ring, they cover things up, the public is never told details about crimes or those who commit them. All sensational crime defendants are sent for psych evals for competency for years. I worked in a unit that did that, almost none of our legal offenders stayed so long and that was decades ago, there should be advancements in treatment. It seems this is done to remove the story from the public eye. Are these school plays? Is this related to the drug ring cover up? Is it an attempt to make Boise look less crime ridden? 

This day I wrote about abive it was very icy and very cold. Once again I called the administrative offices of the Interfaith Sanctuary about conditions and abuse which never got me anywhere so I had to go public and start whistleblowing.While talking to the secretary who was being quite snotty I fell on very slick ice. I swore as I fell. The secretary of course being from Boise Idaho and subject to the standard abusing of people and then gaslighting their concerns got the vapors because I said fuck.

In 2016 a massive amount of snow fell. Ada County Highway Department when clearing the streets pushed the snow onto the sidewalks. I lived in Alaska, that is what happens, then later as soon as the streets were cleared they came and cleared the sidewalks. They don't come back and clear the sidewalks here. Mostly it was rural so walking in the cleared streets to get around was fairly safe, but in Boise it is not. Walking on the sidewalks piled with snow partially melted or re-thawed was dangerous also. It was left like that unless the property owner cleared the sidewalks. I kept calling the mayor's office over and over. Finally, one time someone came and cleared the sidewalks around the shelters so people could use the sidewalks. In the spring when the snow melted there was flooding all around the shelter and everyone had soaking wet shoes and many had no dry socks to put on walking around the shelter in their bare feet. The city could have put down some boards or something so people could get to the property, but instead it was sink or swim.

The Alaska-centric part of this was not included. I was not able to write much after getting housing because I was manipulated into an apartment that was set up for gangstalking. That included the St. Luke's trailer park being next door for outside noise campaigns and placement of equipment on the electrical line and in a motorhome by G4S. The equipment on the electric line was removed 2 days before I moved out of the Civic Plaza nighmare, I have video. It's a strange story, but very true. I received shocks in that apartment, hundreds a day and a hell of a lot more went on.

For years I have been in shock about how the homeless are treated in Boise, but I was targeted for harassment, abuse, to harm my health, to psychologically torture me, sabotage everything I do. There are a lot of evil people in Boise Idaho. There are also a lot of liars here.

I have not been at a shelter in Boise since early AM October 1st 2017. Others who are staying at the Interfaith Sanctuary have told me things got 100 times worse. I live in a vehicle to protect myself from abuse and the conditions. There is massive abuse in that situation as well.

In the late 1970s I lived in Reno NV. They had a huge housing shortage then. Buildings were thrown up like the student dorm type apartments, 4 share a kitchen, 2 share a bathroom. I worked at Harrahs starting as a change carrier, this was back when the slot machines had handles, lots of single pull ones and nickel machines people could play all night for $20. Ended up sharing space in the rental with the head of security at Mustang Ranch, true story. I had no idea what he did for quite a while, but he always had all these women staying with him, LOL. One day at the pool he offered me a job making lots of money, with a free week off every month in Hawaii. I'm like what the hell kind of job is that? Most certainly I thought this is shady. He explained and I said, thanks but no thanks.

I had just left the San Francisco area where I was studying political science and working on a project to unionize prostitution. The Hells Angels (pimps) didn't like me and assaulted me a couple times, both times teams of gay men on patrol (they were the first neighborhood watch, real ones not this community mobbing gangstalking crap funded by the COPS program) came out from nowhere and saved me. They were fabulous chasing down people who stole purses etc. and getting the property back right away for the victims. They had to do this due to no police presence in the tenderloin and they could kick ass.

I was drugged and gang raped at the home of one of the sons of the man who owned the Chinese Wax museum. That son was disowned and denied his inheritance by his father who by all reports was a good man, along with the brother. The police laughed when I reported it. There were other negative consequences. I packed up and left the city, didn't even drop my classes. I was on my own, just like always. Those who should be protecting citizens are the bullies, sabateurs and harassers in Boise, not just the police report deniers which they most certainly have done many times. Oh yes and denial of contact with internal affairs and to speak to the shift commander and the slanderous diversion of my calls to their social worker. I don't need a damn social worker I need real police protection, but the police are the criminals. The corruption is strong in Boise and so is the organized harassment from the fusion center/intelligence unit at the Idaho State Police through the Fusion Center in Utah. Yes, I do know about the contractors as well.

I started out at Harrahs as a change person, then became a 21 Dealer, hated it as people were losing their rent and the damn pit boss wanted me to wear make up and nail polish. I was one of those long haired natural types from the 60s-70s. Turned out many of my coworkers were prostitutes and were just taking a break from Mustang Ranch. I quit that job and went to work as a nurses aid making very little money, much happier and fulfilled. I got to do good to the best of my ability helping vulnerable people.

Below on the left side is a list of jobs with the highest percentages of psychopaths, on the right are professions with the lowest percentage of psychopaths. I circled jobs I have had on this list which I was paid to do, all on the right and almost all at the top of the list. Most of my adult working life was as a registered nurse until I came upon some psychopaths doing corrupt things and became a whistleblower. Medicaid fraud, cops as drug dealers in New Mexico. Then in Alaska there were the cops who would not arrest raped Native women and a hospital run so incompetently, so in violation of massive regulations and without educated people that yes I also, whistleblew that then was workplace bullied and have been gangstalked until this day.

I do journalism, totally unpaid, both written and video which takes it off the left side of the column to the right. I was never paid to do charity work, it was also unpaid or volunteer.  

Why doesn't Reno build shared housing like in the 1970s or some of those small city apts with shared spaces like many are doing for elderly people? Why don't lots of cities do that? Why doesn't the federal government promote these kinds of projects in some way? It should be clear to everyone those who are really in charge of the country don't want low income housing and most certainly would like all of us to just die.  If pushed they will build one project for people who cost the cities lots of money or they will build something for the veterans because that is politically popular due to the decades of military propaganda at sports events. After that they've got nothing.

City Agenda Item on Homelessness Draws Controversy (Updated)

The City Attorney for Reno, Karl Hall wants to support Boise's case they have asked the SCOTUS to take on. They want to be able to arrest people for sleeping outside in Reno when the shelters are full I guess. Who would do something so heinous? Boise would, the Boise Police would. They say they don't do that, but all the while they fight this case asking the SCOTUS to hear it. Me thinks white man speak with forked tongue.

Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve just put the kibosh on Karl Hall's plans stating arresting people for sleeping in public spaces would not help homelessness. She seems to have the ability to add 1+1 and get 2, but would her logic have been so good without push back from the citizens of Reno? Karl Hall is still pushing for it. He may just want his moment of glory filing a brief with the SCOTUS. People in Reno are unhappy with them. It is the people who allow what does and does not happen.

If we rise up and do something about the horrible treatment of the homeless they have no choice but to change what they do. Propaganda has been used to alter how people think about many things including about the homeless, they won't work, just want a hand out, are taking from others, are all immigrants. People in Boise have actually said to me most of the homeless people are immigrants, oh no there are agencies and funding to help them get into housing before people who have been homeless for years in Boise and everywhere else. They have gotten lots of support as they should have, but people born here, citizens have been thrown to the wolves intentionally.

I am not against immigrants, no, I'm on their side, but what the hell is going on when there are refugees among the citizens of this country who can't get housing and people from outside the country are put in housing before them? Conditions have been created so many people's lives are so difficult they have no extra time for such activities as democracy, they just try to survive day to day. Busy people are fed propaganda because they don't have time to do their own research. The population has been made afraid due to their own economic struggles and fear they might be next.

Reno to drop divisive resolution criticized as a first step toward outlawing homelessness

The part that is left out of the story is the Boise Police Department targets homeless people for harassment and in my case it has been worse than that. At a shelter in Boise severely mentally ill women who were already being traumatized by the large number of sociopaths in the shelter and the Zimbardo Prison Experiment Staff would be crying and asking me why the police were so mean.

I did not explain the whole psychology behind it, the militarization of them, the creation of the NSA so that agency could be used to install a Phoenix Program (Vietnam, South America) in the United States through the fusion centers (like the Phoenix Program police/torture centers, but a different type of torture is used). I didn't explain that the police are trained to be afraid of people and cruel to them, that the mayors and police chiefs especially in large cities were  aware of all of this, that the NSA/Fusion Center system was put in place to control the police departments so the intelligence agencies could use them to control the whole damn country and take out targeted individuals.

I also left out that there are a lot of mean, egocentric, oligarchic people in Boise and that about 1/2 of the right wing population were on the verge of becoming homeless themselves, struggling to buy food and pay rent looking for someone to look down on, so spread hate about the homeless. I did not explain the issues with how the shelters are run here, allowed to do as they damn well please to people, nor did I explain how the federal government helped to create the homelessness epidemic and that the plan is to kill off lots of people at young ages or that the housing shortage was created intentionally. Nope, left all of that out.

I simply responded to the question of why the Boise Police were so mean with, "Because they're assholes." That comment let them know their perception was correct without going into details and to validate these women who already had enough to deal with in life without constant abuse. And certainly this truth has been very well shown to me by them over a long period of time, but it is very much more complicated than assholiness.  

With that said certainly if I had a home I would not want trash all over, druggies creeping around, people pooping in my neighborhood. I live in a car and have been harassed and forced to be in areas where these things are going on. The Boise Police allowed it while they parked close by to menace me. The thing is it was being done on property they own. Meth was being smoked and processed on their property but they allowed it while sitting in their police cars across from it. The druggies kept all their stuff in the dumpster area climbing in and out. They weren't even really trying to hide their activities, had someone given them a free pass for their harassment services? I believe they were using heroin also because of the reaction after doing something with the hand and arms I could not see, then they appeared sedated, slumping over. I have evidence of these activities. I even drove over to the cop who was sitting to menace me to inform him, he picked up his cell phone, said something and took off like a scared little boy.

Meth and other drug use is OK with the police, but sleeping outside is a problem. I don't agree with the ones who were sleeping on private property, but public property is different, the owner decides who can be there. There should be some designated areas with garbage cans, toilets and running water, They only care about the business class, the oligarchics, so want to preserve the image that Boise is so livable. That is a myth. They will hold onto the myth until the economy crashes sometime after the next election and it all comes tumbling down.Trump is controlling the crash with low interest rates until then in an attempt to get a second term.

 

 

Boise Police Corrupton, Harassment and Huge Druggies Gone Wild in Boise Idaho, I Guess That's What They Mean by "Livable."

Over a long period of time I have been harassed by multiple entities of Boise Idaho and Ada County and the federal government agencies, HUD in particular plays lots of sick games. The police, the fire department, Ada County Highway Department, Zoo Employees, library staff all the way to the top, some city road crews, oligarchic corporations who are members of Infragard and non-profits, the one connected to HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council along with the Interfaith Sanctuary, a homeless shelter were the worst. This includes construction crews who have even set up fake road construction scenarios or added onto real ones to cause problems, flooded a convenience store whenever I went there no matter the time of day.

On top of this add a drug ring that is allowed to operate full bore here in Boise who has done very dangerous harassment, the cops who must be on their payroll, the apparent lack of concern from the police chief or mayor and you have a dangerous city for anyone who has any kind of intelligence and complaints about even one of these entities. I have complained about all of them to no avail due to the corruption here. Those in charge generally do not return phone calls, or my calls are diverted to either a dead end or someone LARPing the are who I was trying to call. lt's been quite an education about how corrupt a city can be.

Over a long period of time my warnings that I would make and post videos of what was going were laughed at, eyes were rolled and accusations of my lying were made. I am not lying about anything or imagining any of it and proof will be supplied.

The police often harass me by parking close by and just sitting. They use a gangstalking technique I call enter/exit, it can be exit/enter, enter/enter or exit/exit also. I arrive, at least one cop car shows up. For a while when they did this where I park at night they would leave when I put up a black curtain. Before I had the vehicle they would run two cars at a time for instance through a particular intersection or close by every time I approached it and other strange behaviors. When staying at a homeless shelter and walking all over they would park two cars on the street as I approached, get out and just stand there as I went by, show up at restaurants and other places and park outside the window where I sat, there are lots of drive bys, cross walk signals that come on when they are parked close by or drive by and much more.

Continuing problems with what seems to be meth use right next to where I park at night prompted me to drive over the the cop parked across from where I was as ge sat in his car for a discussion on the subject. Keep in mind the Boise Police prevent me from filing police reports and the last time I asked to file a complaint against a cop the dispatcher told me the watch commander would call me, he did not. This seems a lot like time to send lots of information to the DOJ to me. I parked turned off the camera on my dash and began to turn on a body camera when he got on his cell phone and then took off like a bat out of hell. It is not safe for me to talk to a cop in Boise without recording it.





I have parked there for over 7 months including in the cold last winter. The warmer weather came and the druggies set up shop. They hide crap in the bushes, the dumpster surround, etc. There are two who come through screaming, male and female, the male picks things up and throws them against a building and other places. One night they were so high their words were unintelligible, they could barely walk and I thought they were going to have sex behind a van, but they moved on after a while. Criminals forced me out of an apartment through an organized harassment program done by people with similar issues. The BPD would not allow me to file police reports about the harassment and slandered me. I know how horrible it is to be homeless because I have been for years. The shelters are intolerable, there are people preying upon others including the staff and the conditions are inhumane. I also know a lot about trauma and that drug use is a symptom of that, so I do have some empathy for these out of control people. There are however behavioral issues which require some interventions, people should not be forced to live in an apartment building full of these unsupervised problems especially while all entities responsible don't do their jobs and also abuse the person who is a victim of massive crimes and they are given something for gangstalking themW. Rather than spend time harassing someone like myself who was not causing problems other than telling the truth (very threatening to the corrupt) it seems the BPD time would be better spend on some other things.





Now I live in a vehicle because the Boise Police, city hall, HUD, the Intermountain Fair Housing Council (non-profit of HUD), Idaho Housing Finance, two security contractors, one being Allied Security who worked to have me thrown out of the Downtown Boise library who allowed a drug ring to operate on the property in the courthouse parking garage under the building where my apartment was. Yes, they did, but hey, that's what happens when a county has a privatized courthouse. Oh yea, it is Steadfast Management who owns the courthouse the same corporation that owns the Civic Plaza Apartments where I was terrorized for a year. Another contractor was also on the property doing the organized harassment program for the government. I believe that was G4S. Going to do laundry always results in harassment of some kind for me. At some laundromats lots of gangstalkers show up doing all kinds of blocking, harassment and disruption tactics. Two thugs with knives would show up at one laundromat at 7 AM, go plug the toilet and sink in the bathroom, obviously tweeking they kept checking to see if someone was coming to get them. The knives were very large. The police are never around for things like that, if I called they would act like I was crazy, when asked why state they did not believe my stories. This is why I have lots of cameras now and make videos to post on the series of tubes (Alaska joke). One laundromat I have gone to resulted in the police showing up to interrogate me as to if I was doing laundry or not. At the one in this video some vehicle from the city of Boise always shows up for harassment and drives by or around my vehicle, Boise City, Public Safety or the Boise Police vehicles. Thst day a cop showed up and just sat across from me, then left, but came back just as soon as I went out to my car and circled it.




At least leave me the hell alone if you can't do your damn jobs.

Boise Police Department Continues Their Harassment, It Was Not an Earthquake, it was the Boise Police Department Harassing me

This is an expression I created to described police and others who harass and terrorize a woman by herself: PUSSY BOY. 

All bullies are cowards and only operated in gangs or groups to give themselves courage. 

I am sick of the abuse from the pussy boys on the Boise Police Department. They gangstalked me for years and participated in an illegal set up to try and provoke me into getting arrested. I did nothing wrong they did. They allowed me to be terrorized, gangstalked, not allowed to sleep and a hell of a lot more at the Civic Plaza Apartments where weaponized fire alarms were part of the torture. They do not give one fuck about the welfare of the poor, the disabled and elderly. Nothing was done to create more affordable housing as they intentionally attracted more companies and people to Boise and have prevented tiny house communities or even tiny houses in back yards from being used to house the homeless, elderly and disabled. Many believe an intentional genocide of the disabled and elderly is happening in this country right now. After living at a USDA RD subsidized elderly disabled complex in Soldotna Alaska and now the Civic Plaza Apartments in Boise Idaho subsidized by Section 8 and Section 42 I agree with them, every agency from county to federal is involved. There were apartments at the Civic Plaza decent people could have lived in who are homeless, but instead they were rented to shill gangstalkers to be used to torture me.

I had to leave the Civic Plaza Apartments to become homeless to protect my health and safety, yes it is safer to live in a fucking car than at those apartments. This is due to the gov harassment program being run in that building, the drug ring, the security guard companies which participate in it and do not do their jobs, Idaho Housing Finance, especially corrupt HUD, St. Lukes next door, the gaslighting Boise Police Department who did not believe there was criminal activity going on there when I told them, then there was a murder, city hall, the mayor and all those who participated in the organized harassment, torture, stalking and health harming program. I know about you G4-fucking-S, I know motherfuckers.

I have reported and documented many of the problems with the Boise Police Department, most of it was not documented because I did not have a camera on or it was not aimed in the right direction. I waited to be contacted, asked for a meeting with Mayor Bieter, Chief Bones, they ignored my requests. My efforts to meet with them spanned years. Finally just because the mayor was having public meetings after he told me about them just to get rid of me even though none were scheduled at that time according to his staff and it took months before they contacted me as I tried to talk to him after a city council meeting. I got ten minutes. Nada.

After what happened yesterday I am now drawing a line in the sand and I would like you to meet your Waterloo. Never underestimate the power of an extremely pissed off woman!

I now live in a car, in Boise that is not safe and I have people who intentionally harass me. This includes some of the cops, but that is nothing new. Calling the police about the harassment would result in gaslight. I learned that at the Civic Plaza. I am a targeted individual which the program calls a non-investigational subject. The FBI has their cointelpro people in the Fusion Centers and Intelligence units at the state police in every state. They then go after those the CIA wants to render unable to practice journalism, activism, whistleblowing or has pissed off a powerful person or entity by doing something right such as telling the truth or reporting their corruption to the appropriate authorities which are corrupt, dysfunctional and compromised so don't do their jobs. CIA/DIA→FBI→FUSION CENTER→911 CALL CENTER→POLICE/COMMUNITY POLICING/GOV CONTRACTOR→ARMY OF WEAPONIZED MORONS. It is actually more complicated than that, this is just a general chain of command. Some of this is experimentation, Remember those programs congress investigated where they tortured citizens using paperclip NAZI experiments and said they were ending them, they lied, they continue.

I generally park in the early evening and then leave in the morning, did that for several months. On the weekend I might sleep in and sit around. Yesterday was Sunday, I decided to just stay there, relax and work on some things, no one needed the parking during the day. That was the first time I ever did that. It was Sunday of a holiday weekend, no business in the area needed the parking during the day. They don't need it on any Sunday.

I felt my car rocking, then it rocked again. I posted this on Facebook.

I just screen shotted this at exactly 10 AM, it says I posted that 23 hours ago, so they did this around 11 AM yesterday Sunday the 18th of February 2019.

I was still in pajamas in my sleeping area, reading, watching videos, doing research, drawing, etc. This was part of the conversation that followed.

I was right it did turn out to be a miscreant shaking my car, one of Boise's licensed miscreants. I have people harass me, put scratches on my car spit tobacco on it, throw goose poop all over it, park on my ass with headlights on, park behind me drunk rolling joints to smoke, walking by to yell, "She's a bitch" several times a night and other things, revving engines, with engines that sound like they will implode and with fan belts squealing. These are just the things that go on while I am parked. Nope, don't bother with BPD, all they can do is harass me, not do their fucking jobs to protect me from organized harassment because it is embedded in the police departments in a compartmentalized way, that is why FBI is also embedded with dual cops, FBI/police, gypsy cops who are moved around to different places to go after targets. We live in a police state, only the wealthy are to be protected.

Today I drive to a coffee shop, get out of my car and see this. Interesting they chose that tire to make sure I would notice it.

My property has already been stolen from me at the Interfaith Sanctuary a homeless shelter in Boise Idaho. I have been run out of an apartment which the BPD allowed along with many others because that was the orchestrated goal. Do not vandalize my home, the car I live in again. I talked to a cop down there who was ticketing vehicles that are left parked on that street for days who told me I was fine unless I parked two or three days (not very specific are they?), they know that is my car as they find it to harass me often, they know I leave that spot every day, (except yesterday), they know I am sleeping in that car.

This is not the only harassment happening with BPD. It goes on while I drive and they will do a LARP where they show up everywhere I go for several days in a row. Apparently the City of Boise is run by those who lack any empathy, compassion, humanity, ethics or even follow local, state and federal laws. That has been demonstrated in how they treat the homeless. In my case they helped create my homelessness, allowed crimes to be committed against me and did criminal acts against me themselves. STASI bastards.

They of course appealed this ruling because their sadistic, psychopathic system of abusing the homeless is part of their fun and they must do as the oligarchy tells them no matter how immoral their actions are or how illegal.

Leave me the hell alone and do not vandalize my property again! I have done nothing wrong but you have. I am just trying to survive in the Hunger Games world YOU forced me to live in.

This week will be dedicated to police gangstalking in Boise Idaho which includes Mayor Bieter. I waited for contact from someone, any adult in charge, there aren't any so fuck all of you.
