Paul Boden, Homeless Activist Extraordinaire, Speaking the Truth

It took me a couple years of being homeless in Boise Idaho to realize the homeless systems were not set up to help people get housing, the homeless crisis was intentionally created, the country is directing people to believe lies about the make up of the homeless population through propaganda and the system is designed to intentionally cause us to die years before we should. Then I began reading books, articles and seeking out what those who have been activists in the system for a long time have to say. What I thought was right on the mark. 

Below are videos of Paul Boden interviewed on the Invisible People YouTube channel, speaking at the Homelessness and Justice Summit and at WRAP. It's nice to find a real person working in the homeless system rather than all the BS front organizations for HUD. The army of clueless social workers is maddening, I call them the social engineers because that is what they are. My attitude comes from working as an RN where they sat around in our break room drinking our coffee and eating our snacks, then asking us to check their blood pressure while we were running our asses off, then if we needed something for a patient they excusified every damn time so we had to do it ourselves. They also misdiagnose people with stigmatizing DSM 5 labels because they don't have the education or experience to diagnose and most certainly know nothing about trauma, especially if the client has a vagina. The misdiagnosing happens at a lot of the free or low income clinics too.

HUD has created a large number of non-profits, that keeps them from having to follow certain regulations and prevents oversight. It is probably also a right wing attempt to force the funding of homelessness to come from the local levels.This is why there are ADA violations, abuse, police come in to harass people, filth, bed bugs, thefts of property, sociopaths not just allowed to prey upon people but facilitated by the homeless shelter staff. There is very little oversight. I was harmed for speaking up and whistleblowing, as per usual because the truth is the enemy of the United States and most certainly the city of Boise Idaho. 

The non-profits were set up in each city by the federal government through coercion, if they did not follow their mandates the cities would not get funds from them. Same story with the Homeless Management Information System, HMIS where they collect massive data tracking homeless people.
At the Interfaith Sanctuary in Boise they even have homeless ID cards with pictures, when I got mine I held it up and said, have you now or ever been a card carrying member of the homeless party.

Everywhere it looked like each city was having some kind of homeless coordinator at city hall, Continuum of Care like it was their idea, then these non-profits to help people find housing popped up despite almost no affordable housing. There is so little affordable housing it makes no sense to waste money on these non-profits. Boise has less than .1% vacancy for affordable housing. The working poor will get the openings as landlords prefer them over the homeless, they have resources to get to the rental before the homeless person who has to do chores, stand in a line for coffee and food, walk to the library, check Craigslist, then take a bus and probably walk some to get there. For those who don't know this takes up the whole damn day. If there was affordable housing available people would be able to find it, but instead of building more they spent the money on uselessness.

They set up non-profits to claim they were helping people find housing but they had no more resources than the homeless person who had been diligently looking for housing. Unless people had intellectual disabilities or could not get to the library this is a waste of money that could have been used to build affordable housing.

Boise spent a large amount of money on Martin vs Boise to criminalize the homeless but just like Paul Boden discusses in these videos they also use the police to harass people. In my case I am a target to begin with as a whistleblower, activists and was told the organized harassment was because of "those things you are writing." The Boise Police Department has been terrorizing me for years along with the huge Army of Weaponized Morons from Community Policing, ause groups and Fusion Center crimes against humanity. I was gangstalked out of an apartment due to several agencies not doing their jobs, the management company, BPD, Idaho Housing Finance, Intermountain Fair Housing (HUD non-profit store front of BS), and of course HUD which does the opposite of what people think they do. They even diverted my phone calls. While the harassment went on at the Civic Plaza Apartments Infragard members such as the two grocery stores across the street had organized harassment going on while massive street theater was done and the Boise Police terrorized me,  I have videos. Once I made my wearing of body cameras evident some of that crap stopped.

A couple of Paul Boden's slides. Oh yes, private security is mentioned below. Here in Boise G4S and Allied Security were involved in the harassment including set ups and equipment next to the apartments. Most of the contractors work as subcontractors for larger contractors such as G4S.

Since about 1996 there has been no public housing developed. You can see the government spent little money to help people get housing, but massive amounts of money were spent criminalizing homeless people. If they wanted to eliminate homeless people the opposite would have happened. They wanted to have a homelessness crisis.

Denver Colorado After Martin vs Boise Continued to Criminalize Sleeping Outside for the Homeless, Judge Barajas Ruled it Unconstitutional, Quoting the 9th Circuit's Ruling, Now Denver is Going to Appeal.

Rather than build affordable housing cities all over the country seek to criminalize the homeless. In California Redding and Sacramento are trying to put in concentration camps which the homeless can't leave for months. The shelters as they are now I call night prisons or night concentration camps. 

It took decades of gentrification, pulling of funding for lower cost housing, decreasing the budgets at HUD for subsidized housing to create the homeless problem we have now which they seek to blame on the victims of an economic war from the oligarchy on the people of the United States. The oligarchy who control our politicians seek to prevent that from being reversed, even using the current puppet president and his twitter account in their war against the homeless. 

 

 

Look who is talking about competence, that is so rich. California, Florida and Hawaii get homeless people from other states who live outside for survival due to their warmer weather. New York and Los Angeles have huge populations and not very many places to build more housing. The rents were very high in these states way before they skyrocketed in others which means people were beginning to be displaced due to lack of humanity on the part of the psychopaths running the United States. The homeless have been compartmentalized until now. At this point there are so many of us we can't be contained. Rather than build shelters where each person can have their own tiny space where they are protected from bed bugs, abuse, assaults, infectious illness, filth, odors that make one gag and sadistic narcissistic staff they continue to find new and more horrible ways to torture the homeless. Everything about the homeless system was designed to make those in the system miserable, to suffer, that is right wing thinking, blaming the others, bullying people who are very vulnerable. 
  

They spend a huge amount of money on non-profits whose stated purpose was to help people get into housing. Since there is no housing spending money on that rather than creating some is totally illogical. It did however fool and continue to fool most of the public into believing the federal government was helping the homeless, nope, the programs are designed to punish the homeless. One of the punishments is getting a Section 8 voucher with the hope of housing, then running all over trying to find a place to rent only to find very little that fits the criteria or that is affordable, then the time limit on the voucher runs out. This happens to homeless people sometimes several times, eventually people just stop even applying. 

Another finding housing punishment is being told you are going to get help with finding housing, but it never happens. I even had the one of the directors at the Interfaith Sanctuary put on a skit every day I came in for the volunteers as if they were helping me get housing and to make them think I was mentally ill. Nope. The same year the other homeless shelter system announced they were helping hundreds of homeless people find housing told me when I asked for help with that, "We don't do that." Neither of them actually did that. I went to a non-profit specifically for helping people find housing after having already looked myself for a couple years. The appointment was essentially her going on Craigslist something I had done every day for about 2 years and read off housing I could not afford. That is not help finding housing. I expected them to have insider info, relationships with managers of apartment buildings to facilitate people getting a home and not being placed in an inappropriate apt building. They do not do that. Pretty much people are on their own.  

The shelters are not designed for people to live and thrive while waiting to find housing and jobs, they are clearly for propagandizing of the public while degrading, destroying and traumatizing the homeless behind a mask of altruism. When people are traumatized on a massive scale on a daily basis, can't sleep, are subjected to constant harassment, treated like garbage, exposed to massive infectious illness, sick all the time, forced to breathe second hand cigarette smoke, given crap health care, slandered with the government line of BS that all homeless people are mentally ill and on drugs to facilitate bullying in the communities it is a campaign of death, not help. 

Denver County Court Judge Rules the Urban Camping Ban Unconstitutional

 

Why would they continue with this case after the SCOTUS refused to review Martin vs Boise? Why have they now announced they are going to file for their Tenth Circuit to review the case? How many more cases like this are going on? What will it take to get our federal government rather than  harm vulnerable people to help them and build housing?

 

Denver County Court Judge Johnny Barajas struck down Denver's controversial urban camping ban today, December 27, as unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment.
 
The ruling comes after the U.S. Supreme Court earlier this month refused to hear a similar case stemming from a Boise, Idaho, law against sleeping in public, opening the door for battles against camping bans in lower courts. Barajas quoted the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' ruling in the Boise case in his decision regarding Denver's ban: "As long as there is no option of sleeping indoors, the government cannot criminalize indigent, homeless people for sleeping outdoors, on public property, on the false premise that they had a choice in the matter."  
...the judge did agree with McNulty that "the homeless have historically been subjected to discrimination, that the homeless have a transitory trait that is highly visible, that given their lack of income and lack of a permanent shelter, they have been disadvantaged historically." 
 The city of Denver has announced they will appeal this. All over the country homeless activists and judges are asking why these people trying to criminalize homelessness believe they can subvert the Constitution.

Hate for the homeless is pervasive in the United States, especially in the red states where they hate 'others' even as they live precariously close to homelessness themselves. 

Evil just keeps trying to hurt people, over and over and over. I am heavily harassed by the Boise Police Department, it has gone on for years. Just now as I worked on this article a car showed up to harass me. That is stalking which is illegal unlike what the Boise Police Department believes. Or can you produce evidence of a FISA warrant issued because journalism and truth telling are considered terrorism in the United States?

People who have mental illnesses are running corporations and government agencies, some are professors. It is not mental illness and addiction that are causing homelessness, it is the lack of affordable housing and in many cases the very low wages of people who work full time and can't afford rent. 

My Little Documetary About HUD, Idaho Housing Finance, Corruption and One Tiny Part of the Organized Harassment OP Run on Me at the Civic Plaza Apts in Boise Idaho

I made a video about just one part of the massive corruption and organized harassment op against me at the Civic Plaza Apts in Boise Idaho managed and owned by Steadfast Management. It took quite a bit of work and was posted to YouTube on July 30th, then emailed to the appropriate agencies. There has been no response at all. Not one of them has contacted me, just like they did not listen when it was happening. I have a lot more to publishing to do. The agencies in charge of the local subsidized housing and HUD all have huge problems quite obviously. This was done due to the massive organized harassment operation being done against me at the Civic Plaza Apartments.

The man in the video showed up right after I called Idaho Housing Finance to tell them there were apts not being lived in around my apt that were being used for gangstalking me.  A couple days later a man showed up trying to cover his ass and the collective asses of several agencies LARPing he had lived in an apt close to me. The problem is he could not remember the script very well, couldn't remember what lies he had already told and did what I called enter/exit very often. That is when gangstalkers enter or exit as you do so, this can be at doors, intersections, etc. Those running the operations call that an intercept. I would leave my apt and he would begin talking really loud in an attempt to gaslight me, some of it was directed conversation which is specifically chosen from something related to the target. He would be around constantly and then disappear for the weekend or a couple weeks, then come back and start up again. Gangstalkers often disappear due to days off etc. Some disappeared when they saw my obvious body camera.

This is a psychological operation designed to harm the target and make the person look mentally ill when they tell the stories. I'm so crazy I was able to project my hallucinations onto video. LMAO.

I sent the video on July 30th to several agencies of course including HUD and to senators both state and federal. Senator Crapo announced on August 8th U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson was coming to the Boise area on August 12th. Not one of them contacted me. Ben Carson has been visiting cities around the country, but isn't this a coincidence. 😏😉 Apparently he got excited over some shipping container housing, but as those of us who follow the tiny house movement know they aren't a new idea. Considering what has gone on it seems they might prefer to put lower income people in dumpsters so we will stop complaining about their lack of planning for housing along with their obvious lack of empathy.

Yep, you ran me out of an apartment, but the place didn't just have an organized harassment operation being run against me. There were massive bedbugs, constant leaks which are a part of gangstalking, lots of thugs, a drug ring, a shady management company, incompetent security contractors who are also compromised, massive cigarette and marijuana smoke, very bad decisions at the property for years, a police department who just can't listen to the truth and like to slander truth tellers, lack of maintenance and a hell of a lot more. The place had some nice people but also a large number of those with no consideration of others, who are bullies and sociopathics live there. There were a large number of people roaming the building, staying with others and leaving garbage all over. There were weaponized fire alarms which would go off the night before or early the morning of the Continuum of Care meetings for Ada County. The meeting was in Meridian rather than Boise city hall using a construction excuse, but that was BS. Meridian hates homeless people, they have no bus service. I had to take a bus going through town and walk a long ways. Then the Idaho State Police would stalk and harass me during the long walk in sweltering heat or freezing cold and of course other gangstalkers showed up. I went anyway.

Are you disturbed yet? You may not believe me. Watch this video to understand the mindset of the people involved. There will be more where that came from.

Then there were the construction projects at the Civic Plaza, those who are targeted have construction projects begin immediately upon their arrival wherever they move to. More coincidences, places which have not done any rehab for years suddenly begin hammering, using massive chemicals, replacing flooring painting, etc. These are noise and chemical campaigns to torture the target. They were doing an apt above me and next to me at the same time, banging and hammering from above and below with no notice beforehand even though I had requested it. The management office acted as if they had no control over what went on there. The maintenance dept is always compromised with the organized harassment. The Intermountain Fair Housing Council is corrupt as hell and it's a non-profit of HUD. I also called the main office in Seattle, told them what was going on there and a place a rented a room. They were like, OMG, then were never heard from again. HUD and it's so called fair housing councils are total clusters.

They were informed when I moved in I am chemically sensitive and need to know ahead of painting etc. They said they had no plans to paint and would notify me if they did. It was all lies of course which seems to be SOP in Boise. That was a violation of the ADA. Simply asking to be told about rehab, chemicals etc. is not an unreasonable request, in fact they should be posting notices for all of the tenants. Even if people are not chemically sensitive they might have dinner party planned or something. There is a huge lack of common courtesy in Boise, it's been exchanged for F-YOU.

There were a lot of negative things that happened to me after I posted this video. Those must have been coincidences too.
