One of The Many Letters I wrote to Dan Ault at the Interfaith Sanctuary About Abuse and Conditions, the Response Was to Abuse Me More and Have the City of Boise Gangstalk Me

Dan Ault received several letters from me about about what went on at the Interfaith Sanctuary, there was no response other than more abuse with this and all communications with the administrative staff at the Interfaith Sanctuary. I held back on much of what I wrote in the past and other info thinking the city of Boise might wise up, that obviously never happened and Lauren McClean states she will not withdraw Martin vs Boise at the SCOTUS if she wins the election. This case could traumatize, harm the health of and cause the deaths of homeless people all over the country. If she believes there is another solution why not take the moral step of withdrawing Martin vs Boise, this helps us understand who she is.  A large number of lies told by those who provided no affordable housing over a long period of time and then treated homeless people like objects to be discarded tells a story of compartmentalized homeless people whose voice has been taken not allowing the truth to be told. I should have done this sooner, but with the constant harassment, sabotage, even being injured by a car run at me last summer, noise campaigns, people spraying things at me and another project I was working on am behind.

June of 2016:

Hey Dan why don’t you ask me how I am today? I’m in severe pain due to a rather nasty oral infection and quite testy today just as I was last night. This is due to not being able to sleep and being exposed to situations where people are all crammed together waiting to check into the shelter and thus exposed to bacteria. Thanks.  Cue the Jesus Jail threats. Cue to illogical statements.

Because of the illogical decisions around chores I was kept from a doctor appointment that took me weeks to get a couple weeks ago. Thanks. I am told chores can’t be started until 7 AM but then on other days they are started early and when I ask WTH the response is, “You guys want to get out of here don’t you?” I mean what the hell is wrong with me for not understanding everything we are told about rules is flexian? You see I was sweeping the storage building and then picking up garbage for a long time on chore days. I was there a long time, way past almost everyone else every chore day. But wait, idiocy comes into play as per usual. I was told I could not sweep the storage building until 7 AM. So being logical and everything I say, look they put the plastic bins in the buildings then so I go out early before there are lots of people, sweep and then start picking up garbage. The concept was not grasped after several explanations because the stupid is strong. So I’m like well then OK geniuses I’ll just do a regular chore at 7 AM. Then later I was asked by staff why I was not sweeping the storage building. I said because of illogicality and being intercoursed without lubricant, there is no trying to do any extra work for you people your charley foxtrot system ruins everything.

The day I had the doctor appointment I told them I needed to just do my chore and leave as I had to be somewhere, I was not concerned as there was plenty of time, so I was given one of the longer chores, along with bleach at a higher concentration than 10% which made me ill. Not being able to finally see a doctor and then being exposed to toxins that made me sicker must be priceless for you.

Last evening when I came in the number of people waiting to check in got to the point that men were putting their hands on me and so were some rather filthy children. ME/cfs goes by many names due to the complex nature of it. Scientists who do research on it call it by something related to what they are working on. But mostly the government prevents the research because despite thousands upon thousands of research articles that show it is a very complex illness that effects multiple systems even causing brain damage they decided our vaginas were just making us crazy. They did the same thing to women who had lupus for decades as they died of renal disease. One of the research scientists calls it non-HIV AIDS. Our immune systems are broken in the area of viruses, particularly Herpes family, CMV, EBV, HHV-6, etc. We get viruses in particular stages of ME/cfs often and in others stages can’t catch them because our immune systems are on hyperdrive. We can also have chronic bacterial infections, especially sinus infections which I went through, now I get dental infections.

I am in late stage ME/cfs and catch everything, but live in filth, with people who don’t wash their hands, hang filthy clothes on the bed next to my head or put their hands on me due to crowded situations. There are other people with immune issues due to health problems and medications at the shelter who don’t really even understand this. There are other health harming issues. The toxic chemicals, the activity I have to do, the constant trauma from an org. that should be Trauma-Aware but instead is trauma causing by obvious intention lack of sleep, intentional triggering of PTSD and the inability to eat the diet I need all cause me to be ill with cycles of flare ups of herpes family viruses and whatever is going around on top of it. People who are traumatized have permanent brain changes, so why continuously traumatize people who have already been through more than one person can bear? What is your agenda? Certainly not the welfare of the homeless.

As we all waited to get in Michele flitted about at the food table getting something which she then showed to Tim in the office and put it in the fridge. OK, then she did other things. So I go to the office to explain this is a problem and Tim slammed the door in my face, you know like you did to me Dan. So that is it, publishing will begin. I would throw down the gauntlet, but if I had gauntlets some bastard would probably steal them.

There was a dead mouse in someone’s plastic bin in the women’s storage area, the smell of death was in there for days and recently there was a dead mouse found in the electronics cupboard. The epidemiologist for Ada County says the only way the Plague in the area would be on city mice is if someone took a dog into the desert and it rolled on a dead ground hog or made contact some other way as the fleas are species specific and would change to another species only if their usual one was not available. So it is unlikely we would have that problem. It does however seem strange that fleas would not have adapted to take opportunities when they often carry diseases that kill their host.

Last night the psychotic woman in the bed next to me talked and waved her arms/legs around for hours. Multiple times I shushed, said hey people are trying to sleep, etc. She just made odd sounds back at me. I have no idea when she stopped as I finally fell asleep from exhaustion and pain around 1 AM. She was asleep in the AM. I got up and say to the supervisor that this is going on, that I have ear plugs that work when she mumbles but she often periodically yells. She was in the top bunk next to mine and the waving arms and legs were kind of disturbing, but I could have turned over and ignored it. I further said that she was obviously manic and that when she came in just before lights out she suddenly stopped the constant talking and waving behavior so maybe if she spoke to her she would cease and desist. It is not true that she can’t control the talking and she is done no favors by not being taught where it is inappropriate to talk to internal stimuli. The supervisor did come in and said something to her which stopped the behavior around 5 minutes. Then it went on for more hours. In the morning someone told me she had also complained and got and the supervisor told her to just use ear plugs. You know because we would have never thought of that. Oh and this was all going on while the smell of old piss and BO wafted up from the bunk below me as she constantly sniffed snot back into her head instead of blowing her nose. The ear plugs blocked the snot sniffing.

Then this morning I was of course assigned sweeping and mopping the women’s dorm. This same woman who prevented me from sleeping was given linens so she could change her whole bed while I was sweeping and mopping. I told her she was supposed to be gone from the dorm, she paid no attention. On top of this there has been a recent uptick in problems with psychotic or dementia issues. Moving property of others, telling me fuck off when I tell them don’t touch other people’s property, you can’t leave that crap on the floor etc. There is no supervision which is SOP. The male staff say to me, but when so and so is on since they are female they go in there and deal with the issues. Then I say, no they don’t, no one does.

Whenever I finish my chore I take a picture of the assignment sheet due to the day I came in very ill, dizzy and uncoordinated and had Michele tell me I lost my bed due to not doing my chore after I had done extra. I was very dizzy at the time and dropped my pajamas in the garbage, then had to wear them because I had nothing else. Thanks. She decided to make me stand around for a while telling me not to put my stuff on the bed making it even harder for me so I came out where you were barbecuing hot dogs. I do not trust any of your staff now because there had been several people not documented, but she believed them and did that to me and I don’t lie. I especially don’t trust her and neither do many people. She would have taken my bed but someone advocated for me as a witness, there were several other witnesses who could have been asked. I am ethical and truthful which is why I have been a whistleblower at great expense to me personally many times, so never try to accuse me of being untruthful.  

When we come to the shelter we never know what in the hell will go on next, it is a crazy charley foxtrot of abuse and unsupervised craziness.

Wendesday morning when I did my chore I mentioned what went on last night and got BS, “You know what to do about it’, then I say, “Give her some Haldol?” No he says, use ear plugs, really? Gee wish I would have thought of that. He tells me that this is how things will be as it is a temporary shelter. Then tries to shame me by saying they can’t throw her out due to a mental illness, (but I’ve seen you do that and the consequences many times which caused me to make multiple calls to agencies advocating for the person and asking WTF so I call bullshit on that) which is of course not what I wanted. My comment was about lack of interventions with multiple people over the past week. I’m feeling very sick when I come in, just want to shower and lay down, I don’t even want to interact with the staff, so will not get up for piddly reasons, it has to be pretty bad. Sometimes it is the damn staff in the laundry room yucking it up and having a gay old time not giving a damn that all those women are trying to sleep.

I was the supervisor of psych units, mostly an acute adult psychiatric unit on a periodic basis because the state would send me in as a whistleblower to tell them what was going on, years before that I was a corrections psych tech (whistleblowing then too), telling psych patients to knock off their behavior or that it is now time to sleep you can’t be talking does work on many patients.

Country wide the excuse for the lack of supervision, cleanliness and the intentional trauma causing behavior of staff is explained by short phrases such as, “It’s just an emergency shelter” or “It’s a temporary shelter” and that is what one of your staff said to me. There are people who have been at the temporary, emergency shelter for years. So please give me a break. So then I start saying, “We have a filthy shelter because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We traumatize people because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We have food safety violations because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We have never heard of the germ theory of disease because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We have no supervision because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We pretend to have social services because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We steal personal property and throw it away because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We can’t fix the toilets because it’s just a temporary shelter”, “We have dead mice in the plastic bins because it’s just a temporary shelter…”, “We have bullying and mobbing from staff and “guests” because it’s just a temporary shelter…”

What happens when I lose sleep is a flare up which causes flu-like symptoms, including a vascular headache and other pain, fatigue, brain fog, tinnitus, flare of interstitial cystitis, cognitive problems, s/s of neuropathy, irritability and then difficulty sleeping due to the flare up. I have a flare on all chore days, today little sleep and the chore on top of the heat, so not doing well. And of course all attempts to get health care were thwarted. So sleep deprived, flare up, more problems sleeping, exposed to massive germs and catch that too. Then toxins due to mitochondrial dysfunction make me sicker. I essentially had viral sepsis last winter and could get no health care, I have no idea why I am still alive. I have massive beaus lines in my toes to demonstrate the history of what happened and peripheral neuropathy with pain from the frost bite last winter.

 Last evening I went back late because what is the point of being on a bunk listing to someone say, “Fucking bitch” over and over, not that I mind swearing but if it is constant like that is disturbing and concentration in there is hard enough anyway. When I come in Sarah was there and they had already checked me in, but then I mention that I was kept awake until 1 AM and given the BS line that indicated nothing will be done.

I tried to talk to you about the showering system. I was told we sign up for times and other crazy things. You got angry and closed the door on me. So last night as happens almost every night I signed up for a time which had no one else on the list and only one person for the time before. So I go into the shower room and as per usual all three stalls are full so I have to stand there with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome waiting while people who did not sign up for the time I signed up for shower. I did go out to tell the supervisor this was the situation as I have done many times. I was pooh-poohed. The rules only apply to me, I have to sign up to shower, but others, not so much. Charley foxtrot.

Then after the shower in which I had to listen to the constant talking from the same woman, “fucking bitch” I went by the desk and said, “The needs of the one supersede the needs of the many, Mr. Spock would be appauled and Worf would come in and remove all he PetaQs.” I got a puzzled look and a “what” so I repeated the statement with better Clingon pronunciation of petaQ. The volunteer and Sarah were cracking up. Then due to a comedy protest I did in Alaska I said, “There is an angry homeless person in the lobby, tomorrow publishing begins.” Michele goes, “I don’t know what that means.” It was hilarious and don’t we all need some entertainment.

I decided to use my nursing skills last night and started talking to the constant talker, occasional yeller very sternly, but calmly. What worked on her was a very stern, “No one wants to listen to that constant swearing. Swearing is fine by me, but what is the point if it is all you are going to say.” She stopped the talking for a while, looked like she was thinking about what I said, then started again quietly. After a few minutes of my giving her my look when she got louder she laid down to go to sleep. She was probably tired from the night before. I know I was but with ME/cfs when we are sleep deprived we get a sleep disorder called ‘tired but wired’ so have problems getting to sleep.

You people have been given every chance and did not take that opportunity. 

The first day I came to the Interfaith Sanctuary I had been at the day shelter, Corpus Christi all day with my suitcase and a plastic bin. I was upset already that day, traumatized already.

I think someone may have helped me carry the plastic bin, but I don’t remember as it has been about seven months ago and I was so traumatized by that evening I could not even write about it until now and I write all the time including about personal experiences. I don’t remember all the details now of course. I have complex PTSD, rather severe after a decade of trauma, layer upon layer. So just thinking about this traumatized me. Homeless shelters traumatize people intentionally. They take people who were already traumatized and put them in a system of trauma. They hurt people who can bear no more pain and then wonder why they are on drugs and alcohol or sleeping in a tent. The system damages the health of the homeless who die at half the age of the sheltered. The solution is housing, but there is no affordable housing except for a rare individual and those with social disabilities are not rented to.

I was told at the day shelter they would want to put my clothes in the drier and would ask me to put on some clothes they had and take a shower. I knew that was about bed bugs, no problem. What I did not know is they treated people horribly and had no respect at all for the personal property of the homeless. They did not even care about my health intentionally leaving me outside in the freezing cold for what I think was three hours.

They wanted my things brought to the laundry room so I brought them in and was yelled at for being in the laundry room. I was saying to him they told me to bring you this stuff, no one said I was not to go in the laundry room. I was trying to do what they said, but as I know very well now they are so inconsistent you can’t ever figure out the right thing to do. The place is run by two co-serial bullies, so this makes sense. I stood outside the door to the laundry room freezing for about an hour waiting to give the laundry room dude my stuff for the drier. Some guy came up to do the same thing, waited a while and got angry pounding on the door. The guy in the laundry room angrily swung the door open almost slamming me with it and thinking it was me banging, no it was not. I was hypothermic, stressed and due to ME/cfs which often has POTS, Postural Tachycardia Syndrome associated with it was very ill at this point from standing. People with ME/cfs have low blood volume, we are orthostatic, so dizzy and our hearts pound due to pooling of blood in an already volume depleted person from standing. I got so I could not even think between being hypothermic and with the POTS secondary to lack of blood flow to my brain. I was also having an ME/cfs flare with a fever. It was a horror story and they did this to people all the time. It made me very ill for a long time and recovery was not possible due to lack of sleep, the stress of staying there at night, the bullying and the exposure to massive pathogens so I had viruses all winter. I have no idea how I survived.  

They never gave me the clothes to change into, never had me change into their clothing to put the clothes I had on or my jacket in the drier because they don’t follow their own rules. Their rules are fluid, may only be stated, but not implemented and often only apply to some people and not others. I did not understand that then, but I do now. They wanted to put my backpack in the drier and by then I was so sick and hypothermic I could barely move and certainly was unable to form a thought. In ME/cfs it takes a large part of the brain than normal to form a thought, then we have mitochondrial dysfunction and blood flow issues so our brains end up starving and don’t function in the kind of situation I was in. I told them this and not one fuck was given.

They wanted me to put my things which included electronics in a garbage bag and just leave them on the ground, then go inside to do intake paperwork. After telling them this was crazy I refused while shivering from hypothermia. None of them have empathy. All I got was bullying and right wing talking points to try and shame me or make me feel small. They especially love the blaming for things out of the homeless person’s control which is of course a part of the non-profit-industrial-complex neo-liberal thinking. And I wasn’t grateful for being abused and having my property in danger, I know how odd of me. If only they had known me they could have saved their breath. I am very well educated and well read, bullshit does nothing but piss me off.

Since I refused to leave my possessions on the ground in a clear garbage bag for people to steal, imagine that, they decided to give me my plastic bins. SOP is to leave one’s property lying on the ground while doing chores in the morning to be stolen, it sounds insane and it is but that is what they do. I already had one plastic bin with me so they gave me one of their’s to make two. Mine had yarn, pots and pans, along with other things in it. The suitcase which had personal property, some clothing and the files for three civil cases I desperately needed to get filed. I had left Alaska due to harassment so the work could get done, lawsuits and other civil cases could be filed, my book could get written and I could get back to gardening, making quilts, cooking, writing, activism, my art and being able to manage my ME/cfs was put in what they called long term storage then. It was a block building with doors in front of four sections, the long term storage for “guests” was the last one. I thought that was safer than the plastic bins, but that was very wrong. These people were not to be trusted as they have absolutely no respect for their homeless clients. More on that story later.

Those storage bins are filthy and so are the storage areas they keep them in. My name was supposed to be put on them but I did not know this, it was supposed to be on my suitcase too but it was not. I had no way of knowing their procedures at all and was very ill that night before I got there. It was all I could do to even stay conscious. Then they tortured me with psychological abuse and the freezing cold. A few days later when finding out my bins should be labeled with my name I asked to have this done and the guy was abusive. I asked about the suitcase and was growled at. I thought oh well at least it is locked up,  it is safe. It was not.

The intake interviewer was a very abusive man, he is still there and still a serial bully. I did not write about what happened or what was said that night as I was so traumatized and shocked that people would treat the homeless this way even after having been in a very abusive shelter in Alaska. I now know from extensive research this is common practice in many states. What a country.

Finally, I got to take a shower which helped the hypothermia but was not good for POTS. I did not get a bunk that night, but instead got one of three spots on the floor for women. They do not have shelter mats for the floors, but instead use those interlocking mats people put down to protect their floors. When asked about mats claims of lack of resources are made. I never believe a word. They are not very wide so the blankets are on the floor and there is not enough room to keep your body from touching the floor. Those with arthritis etc. are miserable because the mats are on a cement floor.

ME/cfs is many things, very complex, one problem is immune system dysfunction. There are many people with immune system problems in the shelters at high risk of infections and being on the floor is high risk. There are only three spots for women and one of them was right at the front of the desk where people walked by kicking the woman there, walking on their bedding and spilling coffee on them. That is how they treat people.

Boise Police Abuse, For the Homeless in Boise Idaho it's Like a Police State

For me the organized harassment aka gangstalking is done both on the NSA/Fusion Center/State Dept/Military level and local level. I have been a serial whistleblower about things that involve crimes committed or abuses of people on the federal level. Doing the right thing for your country, your fellow citizens, having morals, especially telling the truth is considered terrorism in the United States and other FVEY countries.

In Boise I am an activist and was a whistleblower to the US Courts about the conditions and abuses at the Interfaith Sanctuary. I was intentionally abused in that shelter by a former director and other staff. This is psychological warfare used against people who get in the way of evil intentions by telling the truth or pronouncing they have rights insured them by the Constitution and Bill of Rights. This psychological warfare is intended to destroy people by make targets look mentally ill, drive them into PTSD, cause physical health problems, destroy them financially, cause physical torture and they hope for suicide or early death of the target from the stress and horrible conditions they live in. They created a large number of homeless people, are blaming us for what they did and now are trying to cause early death rather than provide housing. The United States is at war with many of it's citizens and the largest group is the homeless.

If they did not want to kill the homeless off as fast as possible they would not have intentionally created a situation where a very large number of people were forced into horrible conditions. They also would not have created the huge opiate addiction epidemic or allowed meth and other drugs to propagate. Why would a country allow Big Pharma and doctors to target people for addiction? Why would a country intentionally bring drugs into their own country to target specific cities, populations of people if they were not trying to disable or kill a huge part of the population. It isn't all about profit. Some made money, others got tools for their war on the people of this country.

Video taken by myself the day they tore the tent city down while lying to both the homeless and the people of Boise. I had arrived at the shelter in late November, this was December.  For the homeless in Boise it is like living in a police state. They used the excuse there were dangerous people preying upon others in the tent city to tear it down, then they let those sociopaths prey upon the people in the shelter without any supervision. It was like living in hell. People have told me it is much worse now. There are many reasons people will not stay in homeless shelters.




Boise Police intimidation tactics.



Harassment at laundromats is popular with the City of Boise.

The Boise Police have come into another laundromat to harass me. My response was comedy routines about doing laundry while homeless and felonious folding, but this is very disturbing. Intimidating homeless people while they do laundry is criminal harassment by police. They park their cars where I go and just sit there, not just BPD, but the state police have done this in Meridian. 





This drug activity in the video below was on property owned by the city of Boise, they plan to put in a bike cop substation. I parked there at night for 9 months often harassed by both cops and druggies. Most of the time I did not know the property was owned by the city. A tavern is operating there. A shake-n-bake meth operation was going on next to and inside this dumpster surround. I called multiple times to try and talk to someone at Boise Police Department and they would not call me back about that or crimes being committed against me. One day I drove over to try and talk to one of the cops who was menacing me from a parking lot and he drove off like a bat out of hell. There were several deaths in one week of homeless people, I suspect this operation had something to do with part of that at least.

There is always a lot of harassment from the police and their community policing bullies around holidays.

 

A skate park was put in where the homeless in Boise had an encampment in the past. There is an overpass there for protection from weather. The did the usual to prevent people from sleeping and camping there, put in rocks, etc. When they have events at the skate park it's like a police state around the homeless shelter.

I have been homeless in Boise Idaho for years. The main driver in this city of homelessness is the lack of Affordable housing which last I found was 0.05%. That is essentially none. If there is an opening the large number of people on a list waiting will fill it immediately.

I have been in the shelter system. Have had two places to live but was gangstalked out of them while the government agencies which shoulds have done something to stop those crimes participated in them.

For years I warned them I would post the truth on the internet. They have waged a discrediting and disruption campaign against me. It has resulted in my being injured, put my life in danger and made me ill.

For years I have held back information not wanting to have to publish it. My gloves are off after I just received documentation of discrediting. I want the country and SCOTUS to know the truth about how Boise really treats the homeless.

Gangtalking, Night of September 21st, Boise Idaho, I Live in a Minivan

This is what goes on in Boise. I put a list of the possible scumbags who did this in the video, I'm fighting a war for the heart and soul of this country while being treated like a traitor. I did recognize the voice of one of them, but with gangstalking they do mimics to make people think it is someone else doing it in order to cause problems. Since gangstalkers are chosen because of their sociopathic characteristics they are cowards. They waited until it was dark to make videos more difficult. I made a video about some Westboro Church level of crazy Evangelical Christianist activity, but only posted it on Facebook so far. It may be about that because the voice sounded like one of the Christian bullies who was yelling at BSU disturbing classes and the library with their hateful rhetoric. Everyone on the right get their First Amendment rights but no one else does. I just go right on ahead and take mine, fuck em. Then there were the usual crazy signs too. The bigger the bullies and the crazier the group the more power they seem to have to violate the rights of others in Boise Idaho.

What I document in this video, mainly the aftermath,  goes on all the time. 

Another place I parked had a shake-n-bake meth operation and the Boise Police did not return calls and even took off if I drove up to talk about it. This is done intentionally to me along with gaslighting, slander and discrediting. We need new leadership in Boise.

It went on for months and they stored their stuff in a dumpster, climbing in every day to get things out or put things away. It was as if they had permission to cook and sell meth which I believe they did. Is this why some of the homeless have died? This was happening on the property the city bought for the new police substation, a meth operation was allowed on Boise Police Department property. I wasn't surprised as I had witnessed drug dealers pulling up to the back gate of the Interfaith Sanctuary and honking their horns daily to alert their customers while people were waiting to get into the shelter. The BPD was called by myself with a rant, the result was more gangstalking for me. That is how they are 'Keeping Boise Kind.' I also witnessed drug deals at the coffee pot. No one ever listens and at this point clearly they are allowing these things by intent. 


You can see why Boise is such a 'livable city.'

Cities Want to Force Homeless People into Horrible Conditions By Arresting Them For Not Being Incarcerated in Homeless Shelters aka Concentration Camps at Night, Sacramento CA Joins Boise's Heinous Request for SCOTUS to Review the 9th Circuit Decison on Martin vs Boise

I wrote this yesterday, then last night read about what our so called president, Donald Trump said in California and about California yesterday. This is just part 1. Shit is about to get real. 

The 9th Circuit ruling on Martin vs Boise did not prohibit cities from having regulations that people can't sleep outside, it only prohibits arresting people for sleeping outside if there is no shelter available to them for whatever reason. So, why are they fighting this since the Boise Police and others keep saying in Boise they don't give people citations for outside sleeping if there is no shelter room? Interesting there was a law suit about it, there must have been some evidence. If indeed as they say no homeless people are being arrested due to sleeping outside while the shelters are full it is rather illogical to fight the 9th circuit ruling?

The reason they are fighting it is clear to me as a bit of an insider who has observed what goes on for years I know there is never enough shelter room anywhere for all the homeless if they are required to pack themselves into the shelters. There will always be people sleeping outside because the United States as a whole is taking action to increase homelessness, not fix it, not help people, not make rents affordable, not build affordable housing or do anything else that will help, not even make enough shelter room for people or even make the shelters tenable. It is also true the cities, counties, states and federal government have no intention of supplying enough shelter beds for all the homeless people even as they take actions that expand the numbers of homeless in communities. There is never enough room for all of the homeless anywhere by design and they do not intend to spend resources to build more shelters or housing unless corporations can figure out how to profit from it. This is the plan from the federal government down. We have been abandoned by our government and the haves are being told lies that the have nots are responsible for their plight facilitating blame and abuse.

The goal instead of housing clearly is trauma, enough trauma so the homeless person leaves Boise or whatever city they are in. This is part of the Phoenix Program in America, trauma for control. They learned all about how to control people with trauma through various programs over several decades.  Here in Boise they sure can dish out the bullying, abuse, slander, lies and false accusations considering the number of Trump mimicking bullies. I have also never seen people so manipulative or nasty in my life. It is apparently legal in Boise to stalk and harass people. I don't just mean the government's organized harassment, but in general there are some crazy motherfuckers here and many are in positions of power acting as role models.  Lots of these people must be going to costume parties. LMAO.

They also aim to use any law they can in their targeting operations against certain individuals for incarceration, harassment and discrediting. The facts are manipulated to make the target fit into a scenario allowing them to effect an arrest and it works sometimes on those who have no idea what they are doing or to expect it.

Boise uses community policing which is really community mobbing and uses people to harass and bully those they want driven out of certain areas in order to compartmentalize the homeless. Volunteers do strange things, walk by often or people ride by in carts often, I call them, old farts in carts. The community is allowed to decide what they want to happen and then it is effected. They then discriminate, pile hatred upon certain people and drive them from the community. Some are paid to harass targets. There are whole cities in Idaho that do not allow homeless people, such as Meridian. I have stories about going to the Continuum of Care meetings about homelessness oddly scheduled at Meridian City Hall rather than Boise City Hall using a construction BS excuse.

Land of the free, home of the brave, not so much. The rights of the outsider, unwanted "other" are suspended except for immigrants who were brought here to fill up the afffordable housing. The city either got lots of money for that are were intentionally trying to displace the homeless out of the city, perhaps both. People running a city would know if there were homeless people who needed housing already filling up the housing would cause more homelessness, wouldn't they. Guess they just thought they would then have reason to arrest people for sleeping outside and harass the homeless out of Boise.

I have been harassed by community policing, Boise Police and little pukes who work for the city of Boise on a massive scale. I can't go anywhere they don't show up. I am never doing illegal activity or causing problems, but hordes of others are. On top of that my complaints and requests are ignored, they even divert my phone calls. The operation against me did not originate here, but the contracts are re-sold wherever targets go, even to other countries. I know G4S/Wackenhut and CH2MHill's VECO (Alaska political and pedophilia corruption) connection were involved but an outfit out of Kentucky is likely to be also. There is absolutely no doubt about G4S/Wackenhut...none and they hire some very scummy people.

There is a lot of trauma to go around, they make sure by intentionally creating it. If the homeless person has a severe mental illness or an addiction problem they can destroy that person psychologically which will lead to an early death, in fact they can destroy a person who is mentally very healthy with trauma.  Then when they are found dead on the street or in a canal the coroner will declare they died of natural causes. No they died from slow murder. What do you think they were doing at Abu Ghraib? Psychopaths were having fun torturing people, one of the leaders got his experience in an American prison, but they were trying to destroy the prisoners and experimenting on them in many different ways.

They take what they learned from torture over the decades, physical and psychological and use it on others including U.S. citizens, the good people, the best of us, the truthful, those who care about others, whistleblowers, the ethical, the highly educated, those who actually do the important work, activists trying to effect change through legal means. All of us are harmed by the trauma no matter our original mental health status, they know that. They also know traumatized people who are kept in horrible conditions, eat a poor diet and denied sleep will die much younger than they should. That's all part of the plan, if it wasn't things would be done quite differently.

They even helped facilitate my being run out of an apartment. and a lot of money was spent doing that. The Boise Police, the county agencies, HUD etc. did nothing about the problems except to slander and gaslight me. I will have been living in a vehicle for a year on October 1st in one of the meanest cities in the country, Boise Idaho. The apartment was next door to CH2MHill, I know, I know, you're just an engineering company, yep.
 
The Ninth Circuit Ruled in Martin vs Boise that cities can't arrest people for sleeping outside if there was no option to stay in a shelter. As in most cities there are never enough beds for all of the homeless, the shelters are generally not healthy and are a huge danger to many who have particular health issues ranging from immune system issues to mental health issues. It is also torture for people who are introverts and especially those who have social anxiety or PTSD to be packed like sardines in a building too small for the large number of people, just the constant loud talking can drive people with certain personality types to leave the shelter. Add people on meth and drunks to the mix and a good time is not had by all. It's a damn nightmare pretty much every night. The word is the Interfaith Sanctuary is way worse now that it was when they were torturing me there. 

They do not give a damn about the homeless, they would prefer we all died, that is the plan, die ASAP. I say fuck them, I'm going to live and tell the truth about what has gone on in Boise, the heinous decisions and lies from city hall, the Boise Police abuse, the discrediting, the slander, the callousness of these bastards and my being run out of an apartment through criminal activity by contractors, the management company, ADA County, HUD and the City of Boise. We don't want you outside or in an apartment, we prefer you just die. I have been targeted on a massive scale while living in my vehicle. I would not live in an apartment in this city for free at this point because it would just be used as a base to harass me. Yes, it is that bad.

I'm also going to tell the Alaska story of corruption and injustice responding to David Haeg's request for our stories to be told to present to a grand jury investigation. Started writing it and the wounds opened up, feel like I may exsanguinate, but will continue on.  I have the courage. 

In my case there are immune system problems, my personality type is INFJ (included being an introvert), my IQ is high so listening to people jabber on and on about BS drives me up a wall along with watching the idiotic way things are done. I have health issues affected by many factors in the shelter and not one fuck is given by anyone about those who have that kind of disability, nope instead abuse is given, but in the case of ME/cfs the government has done their best to prevent research and tell the medical communities lies about it, so why would anyone else know anything about it. The exposure to the massive vaccines given to the homeless is a danger to those who have immune system problems as they are contagious, live viruses are used.

Boise's large subset of sociopaths were set upon me even within the shelter and the staff participated in the harassment, allowed harassment and were abusive. They also helped criminals steal my property including files with documents demonstrating crimes and organized stalking/harassment in Soldotna Alaska and I know who the handler was, he has now been promoted to the highest position in Soldotna's branch of the Masons, he's their grand poobah. How much did they get paid to do that to me? Then they lied about it to the police who of course did nothing, in fact Dan Ault immediately ran right over to them and began lying when they arrived. He was also lying to me about it. Apparently for years they had all these minions who were allowed to steal from other homeless people anyway because of course those kind of people are chosen.

I also have PTSD from constant trauma since 2004. The city of Boise did everything they could to make that worse and the Interfaith Sanctuary was set up to cause trauma. That is attempted murder because they know the end point of such trauma. Why is that allowed and embedded as part of the FEMA designed program? They post on websites and talk about being 'Trauma Aware' and it is true they are aware of trauma, but in the way that they use it to intentionally harm people. Trauma is the tool they use to cause people to commit suicide, drink, use drugs etc. facilitating their goal of death to as many homeless people as possible.

Other parts of killing the homeless off are lack of sleep, the shelters are noisy and filled with problems, then there is little access to healthy food. The population has been targeted with narcotics and other drugs for decades, at this point in time it is horrible. Police allow the drug rings, especially in certain areas. Who doesn't know about the CIA targeting black communities with crack cocaine and then laws were passed to dole out harsh sentences while powder cocaine had much milder sentences. That was targeting to destroy people, their families, the whole community. It was the experimental stage, now they are going after the whole country with generational targeting. Boise Police knew about a shake-n-bake meth operation, ignoring me, not returning phone calls, even taking off if I drove up next to them to ask, WTH. It was being done on property the city owns for a new police station too.

In shelters the women are often placed in the worst possible place for sleep, such as across from the laundry room or by the desk with increased noise and lots of light, men generally get the preferred areas. Of course in Idaho women are still second class citizens, stalked, harassed and abused. The laundry room has a large amount of bleach fumes that constantly inundate the women's sleeping areas. There was torture with fans aimed at my bunk due to little supervision of the gangstalkers in the women's shelter, or perhaps they were being directed to do this. The men's Mission has a soup kitchen that has good tasting food and is run very well, but the main missing ingredient for the homeless is always vegetables and they have to use fillers of course to feed everyone which are carbohydrates. Lots of homeless people end up with Diabetes and diabetics end up in comas. Have I got stories about that. 

At this point I have had it with the lies in a city designed for class lines allowing the haves to stomp on the have nots. The malevolent policies in Boise are based on egocentricity for the haves and corporate overlords. I have HAD it with the stalking, harassment crimes, shitty little things the city employees and their Army of Weaponized Morons associated with community policing do constantly. I was stalked three mornings in a row by the same woman, she took a couple days off and was back yesterday and today, that is how bold they are.

Most of the people who are homeless are not homeless because of drugs, alcohol and mental illness, they are homeless due to harsh laws criminalizing them into prisons for piddly crimes, poor pay, high rents due to predatory landlords, the destruction of low income housing due to gentrification and every damn level of government not facilitating the building of affordable housing. The ones on drugs and alcohol were often raised in bad conditions, nothing is done to help them as children, but child protection all over is taking kids they shouldn't and leaving ones who need rescued to be traumatized. Helping kids avoid trauma prevents chemical dependency later in life. Not providing young people with treatment and counseling keeps them from healing and facilitates their continuing to cause problems in communities and lack of success in life. Chemically dependent people are used in organized harassment, easy pay, just give them drugs or booze, no record will exist of them being hired, yea community policing and contractors use them.

During a housing crisis we get cuts of the Section 8 program and more with an icing of constant lies and blaming from the criminal cabal running the country. Instead we get lies from senators that Ben Carson came here to the Boise area and said he is looking for more money for Section 8, they have been cutting the money and have plans for large cuts in the future, what fucking planet do these people live on? They are delusional. If Ben Carson said that he is lying, are they not able to figure that out? Psychopath is as psychopath does.Yes I am pissed off just in case you haven't picked up on that yet.

What went on at the apartment I left, the Civic Plaza should have resulted in multiple firings and some being charged with crimes due to the constant noise campaigns, massive sudden construction, bed bugs, garbage all over the place, people coming into the building for stalking/harassment, criminal activity which included a murder, weaponized fire alarms, men menacing me in the hallway, engineered leaks all over the place, harrassment of many kinds, a drug ring, mismanagement by every entity associated with it, especially the owners, HUD and Idaho Housing Finance and huge lack of the Boise Police to do anything about the harassment other than discredit, slander and gaslight me. Most of these miscreants probably got promotions and political appointments because that is how things are done in the United States now.

People on Section 8 are supposed to live in the apartment they rent, not have another apt, spend most of their time "on the water in Florida" and stay with friends somewhere else all summer. I was Section 42 and believe the same rules would apply. There were apartments around me being used to stage gangstalking, every entity involved in running, regulating or who was supposed to be about safety around this apartment complex was told this. I was gaslighted and started wearing body cameras. The Boise Police did not do their jobs. I also had people menacing me and coming out of apartments at the same time I came out of mine, often they did not even live in the building. I showed video and pictures of them to staff and they were unconcerned. That means Steadfast Management was in on it. I even showed them a picture of a woman who had a key to get into the little gym area to harass me who the staffer said she had never seen before, got a shoulder shrug. No one gives a shit.




Not one entity has contacted me about this or any of the other crimes committed there. Ben Carson came to get excited about shipping container housing like he'd never heard of it before and it was reported by a senate staffer he told a lie which the staffer believed. You know Republicans want everything cut for everyone, except raises and benefits for themselves.

There is a large percentage of people from prison who are homeless because they get dumped into the homeless system due to lack of any kind of transition program. That goes on all over the U.S. It doesn't profit a company looking to sell expensive phone services or commissary items or to use cheap labor in the prisons if the feds or states have programs to help them transition back into society so they can be successful in life, nope toss them into the drug and alcohol inundated homeless shelter. I've even seen drug deals go down at the coffee pot in the morning while shelter staff stood there oblivious. Hell, the BPD and staff even allowed drug dealers to just pull up, honk their horns and start selling drugs where the homeless lined up to try and get a bed for the night.


Of course a small number of those from prisons are sociopathics, in Idaho there seems to be a larger number than usual, it is fueled by a radical right wing egocentric attitude to screw others over and blame people for problems they have no control over to make themselves feel better about their own crappy lives. When I was at the Interfaith Sanctuary a large subset of sociopaths was preying on other people in many different ways, including some staff.

People are homeless due to the intentional creation of large numbers of unsheltered people. This is about neoliberalism, the homeless are made into "economically and socially productive matter" (protoplasm) for the benefit of the haves, the oligarchy.

This is very much like having a private prison system and most certainly when there is a shelter system in a city that requires the homeless to be inside them, then arresting those who stay outside, it is indeed a night prison system. Homeless shelters are night prisons, homeless people are placed into these prisons with no due process, no judge, no jury, not even charges for a crime. People are put out of them early in the morning, but required to be in them at night. They like to say it isn't safe to stay outside at night and it is not, but the shelters are not safe either for many reasons.

Elderly people on Social Security are priced out of their homes due to the predatory landlords. They show up at the shelters with their walkers, wheel chairs and medications. Many are escaping from assisted living where they feel they are also living in a prison.

The recent action taken to stop the predatory landlords from charging large application fees is YEARS too late. The policy of Boise is to wait until many people have been harmed by predatory bastards before taking any action. Must have been someone who wasn't homeless that got screwed by them to warrant action finally being taken, was it a BSU student perhaps? People desperate for a place to live have paid application fees for apartments until all of their Social Security or pay checks are gone. The thing is the landlords probably never intended to rent to them to begin with, that is how sick Boise is. I would apply, be told everything was going great, nothing is hidden with me, I tell the truth about any potential issue such as lots of medical bills and being homeless. Then suddenly the apt is rented, but when I call then using a different phone number it's still available and they can't explain why they lied to me. I believe that is part of the organized harassment designed to run me out of Boise. The only place I could find to rent from was conveniently set up for gangstalking, isn't that surprising.

HUD's non-profit the Intermountain Fair Housing Council  as I have found out the hard way is quite corrupt as is HUD. HUD is so corrupt I have no idea how they continue to even exist.

The homeless shelter system is designed to control the homeless, compartmentalize us, the criminalization of the homeless, the harassment by police, businesses (Infraguard) and community policing are allowed based on a class system in which there are two different sets of laws. Those who are sheltered would never allow themselves to be treated the way the city and Boise Police treat the homeless, but allow it for the homeless due to having been filled with fear of the homeless, told they are the "others" who are all mentally ill, on drugs, are criminals, etc. all BS. The inevitable human waste from people who have no services such as running water, places to throw garbage away or bathrooms that ends up close to their homes is disturbing, but is due to the irresponsibility and inhumanity of those running the country, states and cities. The more homeless that are created the more compartmentalization and horrible conditions there will be and lots of people are going to die from the horrible conditions.

Boise allowed vendors for an Arts (Craft) Fair to park vans, motorhomes, trailers in the park, but homeless people are never allowed to do so. In fact they have just changed the rules extending the 2 hour limit for parking M-F an hour longer and only allowing people to park one time per day. The homeless who live in cars need to get to the bathrooms. I need to go to a library. They could designate a parking lot for vehicles, have rules, have a security guard, with dumpsters and the bathrooms opened, but their plan is to run people off. Then people will bitch about the garbage waste and "those people' in their communities giving the city an excuse to go after the homeless they helped to create.

In the Seattle area they have a program where homeless who live in vehicles are parking in church parking lots. A church in Boise told me the city wants them to send anyone who asks to park in their parking lot to a shelter. I will not park in a lot filled with druggies, noise makers, drunks, etc, but the people could be vetted for behavior and have a safer situation and a place they are welcome to be. In Boise the homeless are not welcome, that is the issue and most certainly I have never been welcome here. They like to say everyone is welcome in Boise, that is a huge lie, along with their Boise Kind propaganda.

Homeless people have to be somewhere, need to go to the bathroom, need to eat, need to sleep. Shelters do not allow for sleep and many times I was not able to shower at the Interfaith Sanctuary due to abuse from the sociopaths and lack of supervision from staff. In the mornings at Brother Francis in Anchorage Alaska the Native people who slept outside would beg us for water to drink. We tried to get the city to provide water which they finally did, but they cut the available bathrooms back and the Anchorage Police which were quite corrupt did not even investigate who was selling the Spice that was killing people. Cutting the bathrooms causes people in the community to be angry people are using the bushes for bathrooms, but what choice do people have, they can't stop their bodily functions from happening.Of course now with the heinous Governor Dunleavy the funding for the shelter was cut and many people will have to sleep in the freezing cold this winter. I slept in my car in Boise Idaho all last winter, thankfully it was a mild season.

Staff do not intervene at many shelters even if what was going on was reported. Hell, they did not even come into the dorms to check for problems. The horrible conditions are not a concern of those in power, they only care that the homeless are compartmentalized from the neighborhoods and businesses. One of the shelters in Boise even has insane requirements for so called classes that are not only useless but taught by incredibly clueless people. When asked why they did something so inane it was explained that they wanted to keep us busy. Believe me I do not need someone to help me stay busy. They actually prevented me from looking for housing. When I first arrived I told them I just need help finding housing and was told they did not do that. My reaction was, WTH!? This is the crap one has to deal with when homeless, totally illogical core policies.

They do nothing to create housing, all we get is lip service on every level.

In cities low income housing was destroyed by the haves while no new more affordable housing was built. This country has become an oligarchy and a psychopathocracy. The federal government stopped taking care of existing HUD/subsidized housing intentionally so it would have to be destroyed while no replacement housing was built. While red states such as Idaho have politicians who constantly talk about not increasing the deficit, blah, blah, blah, no new taxes etc. but any money from the federal government is gladly taken. The red states which bitched about states rights are never going to take the right to have emapthy, humanity or even responsibility towards their fellow humans. NEVER!

We also have many mayors who are Democrats who go right along with stomping the homeless and working poor while they wear the mask of caring about people. All over the country so many have built 40-60 apartments for people who can't live unassisted, talking endlessly about that one project as if it is hundreds upon hundreds of apartments for low income people. NO! The only reason any of them built those apartments with embedded social workers was to control their biggest problems that cost the city lots of money. True story. Where is the new housing for people who just need an apartment they can afford and do not want to live in a drug, bedbug, sociopath infested building?

Boise and other cities do whatever they can to harass and run off the homeless people they have created. Boise did what they could and still do to increase the population of the city, but took no action to help create housing for people who needed lower rents. Hell, they brought immigrants and put them in what little affordable housing there was. I have nothing against immigrants, but do have something against those who made that decision. I also am tired of being harassed by immigrants who are allowed to stalk the homeless like others.






This particular park has had a lot of drug dealing activity and now they are doing construction on the park and there are problems with the contractors and park staff. They limit the time during the M-F one can park in the downtown park, Julia Davis to two hours a day, then there is construction in another that has a convenient bathroom and shade in the evening. Many actions are taken to squeeze the homeless out under the guide of normal activity. Last spring there was construction in Julia Davis which limited parking and I was harassed by city employees and others. Hell this summer some guy accused me of being a pedophile. These people are just unbelievable here in Boise.  

They close bathrooms in the parks, throw people out of libraries for doing nothing wrong. Oh look, more people are outside and more people are peeing in the bushes, wonder why? People would come into the library and harass me, some of them were Mormons, some were homeless people, they used both of those categories and then the security contractor from the parking garage at the apts I left were in charge of the library and continued the same process of facilitating harassment, not doing their jobs and disappearing at just the right times to not witness anything. Many crimes were committed against me at the Downtown Library but the city of Boise is just OK with this, but complaining about that and their gaslighting results throwing the victim of the crimes out of the library. That is one of the ways one can understand the City of Boise is behind much of it, if not all. I call this Boise Kind due to their little propaganda program.

In my case after years of organized harassment at the downtown library which included menacing me in the parking lot, backing cars towards me to try and cause an accident and putting scratches on my car while Allied Security worked with the miscreants and the drug dealers just like at the Civic Plaza Apartments I was thrown out. I announced after several complaints about it that I was going to step up my complaining. I went into the administration office at the Downtown Library, but it isn't really a library, it's 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.' Just as every Boise City Employee does I was gaslighted. I told the woman, "You gaslighted me and you are going to pay for that." Anyone would know I would then make a video or write about it or both. Little did I know they would create a situation that resulted in a great video I could post on YouTube. Thanks for that. She waited 2.5 hours and then had the Boise Police who do nothing about the large number of crimes committed against me and their inept security guards from Allied tell me I threatened her. Yes, I did, with writing, you know words, things that should be the focus of a library and not your heinous bullshit. Waiting 2.5 hours and then calling the police which would not have been necessary unless they wanted to create the appearance that I had done something which I had not, means the accusation is total BS.






Then at the mayor's office right afterwards.





I have even been harassed by police while doing laundry, I call it doing laundry while homeless and felonious folding. I always have to fold my clothing in my vehicle due to the harassment and filth in the laundromats. Was not just harassed, but also menaced by Boise's jack booted thugs.

So here, have some more words and some videos. Those organizing the gangstalking for the city use children and often targets are selected because they know we are no danger to people even after years of being tortured and attempts to provoke us into doing something they can use to demonize us. While writing a woman is spraying Afrin and cologne at me, this crap goes on endlessly.






The Boise Police are brutal to homeless people, it continues and in my case they have harassed, run cars at me, menaced me, not called back when I call about problems, gaslighted me and not allowed police reports, slandered me, participated in organized harassment often through the use of vehicles. They are not the only first responders who do this.

You want to have the SCOTUS evaluate your request to overturn a ruling from the 9th circuit that it is unconstitutional to arrest and jail people for sleeping outside when the shelters are full or people have been thrown out of them. You criminalize people for being in a situation you intentionally created for having the nerve to be in your city of bullies while homeless.

In Boise the homeless are hidden through compartmentalization, bullying, organzied harassment, police harassment, bullshit arrests and a long series of constant lies, but if there is a real problem such as a Shake-N-Bake meth operation next to where I park  or drug dealers by the shelter you allow it.

I do not have a subscription to the mockingbird newspaper, the Idaho Statesman which mostly operates off of press releases, so didn't know at first which city in California was joining the attempt to go after the homeless. My guess was some city in Orange County where the same kind of shitty little, snooty, egocentric, we hate others people reside as in Boise. As much as the people of Idaho hate California isn't it interesting how they are joining with them to do evil?

As it turned out it's Sacramento. which I call Sack-of-Tomatoes or SACTO. That is a surprise. I sent a scathing email to supervisor Sue Frost, on the Sacramento County Board of Supervisors who did an opinion piece in the Sacramento BEE.

Fortunately there are some people with empathy in Sacramento unlike others.

Does Sacramento want to house, or arrest, the homeless? 

 

Janet Bell is featured in the VICE video below, she lost her arm due to infection, I know as a retired nurse considering most of my career was critical care that she was most likely septic. Homeless people get septic often due to the conditions they have to live in. The shelters are actually more dangerous for infections, especially viruses than living outside. The problems with infections are lack of ability to do self care, lack of transportation to get meds, lack of money for antibiotic ointment, bandaids and ability to use running water. Even in the shelters basic hygiene can be limited due to the hordes using the bathrooms. Other health care even with access if difficult. I need a colonoscopy, how do I complete a bowel prep where I need to sit on a toilet for hours while living in a vehicle?

A man in this video was lied about by the Continuum of Care director and others. I believe that lie was told as cover as to why the police arrived for harassment of myself in Meridian where the Continuum of Care meetings were held to prevent the homeless from getting there because of lack of bus service. I took a bus that just ran through Meridian, then had to walk a long ways in the rain or heat with State Police menacing me or gangstalkers harassing me. Welcome to Idaho!





This so called consultant in the video is disgusting. Recently I had a staffer for one of the senators for Idaho try to talk me into doing what I could to go back to work as a nurse, I was put on disability in 2006 after already working for years very ill. The PTSD that was allowed due to the dysfunction and abuse from every damn entity in this country was the last straw, but a know nothing aid of a Republican senator treats me like my problem is I just need to go to work. He has no fucking idea how hard it was for me to work sick all those decades or what I went through. It did help cause some changes, helped get some help for the high number of rapes in Alaska and helped change the hospital in Nome, but I'm treated as invisible by the scum in charge of the country. I also worked my way through college with no help with health problems, something none of those blamers riding the winds of bullshit could do. That mentality is really difficult to fathom, the cluelessness and lack of empathy is dangerous. He knew nothing about my story, my health issues, that people worked to destroy my career and me in general due to my whistleblowing about the conditions at a Native hospital in Nome Alaska and also about the large number of rapes of the Native women in that region and the cops who would not arrest the men. My story about what went on in Nome is about to be told again for some Alaska legislators and possibly a grand jury.

Now the bastards are finally doing something about what went on in Alaska. Not one damn responsible person for Alaska or the feds has ever contacted me. I began whistleblowing was at odds with the police in Nome who harassed me. Between this and the workplace bullying at the hospital in Nome where they didn't even do universal precautions and the flight nurses were not trained or certified I had a nervous breakdown and was demonized, still am. My reaction was normal for the situation, what was abnormal was the accumulation of people there who allowed what was happening while making excuses for it.

My Little Documetary About HUD, Idaho Housing Finance, Corruption and One Tiny Part of the Organized Harassment OP Run on Me at the Civic Plaza Apts in Boise Idaho

I made a video about just one part of the massive corruption and organized harassment op against me at the Civic Plaza Apts in Boise Idaho managed and owned by Steadfast Management. It took quite a bit of work and was posted to YouTube on July 30th, then emailed to the appropriate agencies. There has been no response at all. Not one of them has contacted me, just like they did not listen when it was happening. I have a lot more to publishing to do. The agencies in charge of the local subsidized housing and HUD all have huge problems quite obviously. This was done due to the massive organized harassment operation being done against me at the Civic Plaza Apartments.

The man in the video showed up right after I called Idaho Housing Finance to tell them there were apts not being lived in around my apt that were being used for gangstalking me.  A couple days later a man showed up trying to cover his ass and the collective asses of several agencies LARPing he had lived in an apt close to me. The problem is he could not remember the script very well, couldn't remember what lies he had already told and did what I called enter/exit very often. That is when gangstalkers enter or exit as you do so, this can be at doors, intersections, etc. Those running the operations call that an intercept. I would leave my apt and he would begin talking really loud in an attempt to gaslight me, some of it was directed conversation which is specifically chosen from something related to the target. He would be around constantly and then disappear for the weekend or a couple weeks, then come back and start up again. Gangstalkers often disappear due to days off etc. Some disappeared when they saw my obvious body camera.

This is a psychological operation designed to harm the target and make the person look mentally ill when they tell the stories. I'm so crazy I was able to project my hallucinations onto video. LMAO.

I sent the video on July 30th to several agencies of course including HUD and to senators both state and federal. Senator Crapo announced on August 8th U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson was coming to the Boise area on August 12th. Not one of them contacted me. Ben Carson has been visiting cities around the country, but isn't this a coincidence. 😏😉 Apparently he got excited over some shipping container housing, but as those of us who follow the tiny house movement know they aren't a new idea. Considering what has gone on it seems they might prefer to put lower income people in dumpsters so we will stop complaining about their lack of planning for housing along with their obvious lack of empathy.

Yep, you ran me out of an apartment, but the place didn't just have an organized harassment operation being run against me. There were massive bedbugs, constant leaks which are a part of gangstalking, lots of thugs, a drug ring, a shady management company, incompetent security contractors who are also compromised, massive cigarette and marijuana smoke, very bad decisions at the property for years, a police department who just can't listen to the truth and like to slander truth tellers, lack of maintenance and a hell of a lot more. The place had some nice people but also a large number of those with no consideration of others, who are bullies and sociopathics live there. There were a large number of people roaming the building, staying with others and leaving garbage all over. There were weaponized fire alarms which would go off the night before or early the morning of the Continuum of Care meetings for Ada County. The meeting was in Meridian rather than Boise city hall using a construction excuse, but that was BS. Meridian hates homeless people, they have no bus service. I had to take a bus going through town and walk a long ways. Then the Idaho State Police would stalk and harass me during the long walk in sweltering heat or freezing cold and of course other gangstalkers showed up. I went anyway.

Then there were the construction projects at the Civic Plaza, those who are targeted have construction projects begin immediately upon their arrival wherever they move to. More coincidences, places which have not done any rehab for years suddenly begin hammering, using massive chemicals, replacing flooring painting, etc. These are noise and chemical campaigns to torture the target. They were doing an apt above me and next to me at the same time, banging and hammering from above and below with no notice beforehand even though I had requested it. The management office acted as if they had no control over what went on there. The maintenance dept is always compromised with the organized harassment. The Intermountain Fair Housing Council is corrupt as hell and it's a non-profit of HUD. I also called the main office in Seattle, told them what was going on there and a place a rented a room. They were like, OMG, then were never heard from again. HUD and it's so called fair housing councils are total clusters.

They were informed when I moved in I am chemically sensitive and need to know ahead of painting etc. They said they had no plans to paint and would notify me if they did. It was all lies of course which seems to be SOP in Boise. That was a violation of the ADA. Simply asking to be told about rehab, chemicals etc. is not an unreasonable request, in fact they should be posting notices for all of the tenants. Even if people are not chemically sensitive they might have dinner party planned or something. There is a huge lack of common courtesy in Boise, it's been exchanged for F-YOU.

There were a lot of negative things that happened to me after I posted this video. Those must have been coincidences too.

Guess I need to step things up.

In the late 1970s I lived in Reno NV. They had a huge housing shortage then. Buildings were thrown up like the student dorm type apartments, 4 share a kitchen, 2 share a bathroom. I worked at Harrahs starting as a change carrier, this was back when the slot machines had handles, lots of single pull ones and nickel machines people could play all night for $20. Ended up sharing space in the rental with the head of security at Mustang Ranch, true story. I had no idea what he did for quite a while, but he always had all these women staying with him, LOL. One day at the pool he offered me a job making lots of money, with a free week off every month in Hawaii. I'm like what the hell kind of job is that? Most certainly I thought this is shady. He explained and I said, thanks but no thanks.

I had just left the San Francisco area where I was studying political science and working on a project to unionize prostitution. The Hells Angels (pimps) didn't like me and assaulted me a couple times, both times teams of gay men on patrol (they were the first neighborhood watch, real ones not this community mobbing gangstalking crap funded by the COPS program) came out from nowhere and saved me. They were fabulous chasing down people who stole purses etc. and getting the property back right away for the victims. They had to do this due to no police presence in the tenderloin and they could kick ass.

I was drugged and gang raped at the home of one of the sons of the man who owned the Chinese Wax museum. That son was disowned and denied his inheritance by his father who by all reports was a good man, along with the brother. The police laughed when I reported it. There were other negative consequences. I packed up and left the city, didn't even drop my classes. I was on my own, just like always. Those who should be protecting citizens are the bullies, sabateurs and harassers in Boise, not just the police report deniers which they most certainly have done many times. Oh yes and denial of contact with internal affairs and to speak to the shift commander and the slanderous diversion of my calls to their social worker. I don't need a damn social worker I need real police protection, but the police are the criminals. The corruption is strong in Boise and so is the organized harassment from the fusion center/intelligence unit at the Idaho State Police through the Fusion Center in Utah. Yes, I do know about the contractors as well.

I started out at Harrahs as a change person, then became a 21 Dealer, hated it as people were losing their rent and the damn pit boss wanted me to wear make up and nail polish. I was one of those long haired natural types from the 60s-70s. Turned out many of my coworkers were prostitutes and were just taking a break from Mustang Ranch. I quit that job and went to work as a nurses aid making very little money, much happier and fulfilled. I got to do good to the best of my ability helping vulnerable people.

Below on the left side is a list of jobs with the highest percentages of psychopaths, on the right are professions with the lowest percentage of psychopaths. I circled jobs I have had on this list which I was paid to do, all on the right and almost all at the top of the list. Most of my adult working life was as a registered nurse until I came upon some psychopaths doing corrupt things and became a whistleblower. Medicaid fraud, cops as drug dealers in New Mexico. Then in Alaska there were the cops who would not arrest raped Native women and a hospital run so incompetently, so in violation of massive regulations and without educated people that yes I also, whistleblew that then was workplace bullied and have been gangstalked until this day.

I do journalism, totally unpaid, both written and video which takes it off the left side of the column to the right. I was never paid to do charity work, it was also unpaid or volunteer.  

Why doesn't Reno build shared housing like in the 1970s or some of those small city apts with shared spaces like many are doing for elderly people? Why don't lots of cities do that? Why doesn't the federal government promote these kinds of projects in some way? It should be clear to everyone those who are really in charge of the country don't want low income housing and most certainly would like all of us to just die.  If pushed they will build one project for people who cost the cities lots of money or they will build something for the veterans because that is politically popular due to the decades of military propaganda at sports events. After that they've got nothing.

City Agenda Item on Homelessness Draws Controversy (Updated)

The City Attorney for Reno, Karl Hall wants to support Boise's case they have asked the SCOTUS to take on. They want to be able to arrest people for sleeping outside in Reno when the shelters are full I guess. Who would do something so heinous? Boise would, the Boise Police would. They say they don't do that, but all the while they fight this case asking the SCOTUS to hear it. Me thinks white man speak with forked tongue.

Reno Mayor Hillary Schieve just put the kibosh on Karl Hall's plans stating arresting people for sleeping in public spaces would not help homelessness. She seems to have the ability to add 1+1 and get 2, but would her logic have been so good without push back from the citizens of Reno? Karl Hall is still pushing for it. He may just want his moment of glory filing a brief with the SCOTUS. People in Reno are unhappy with them. It is the people who allow what does and does not happen.

If we rise up and do something about the horrible treatment of the homeless they have no choice but to change what they do. Propaganda has been used to alter how people think about many things including about the homeless, they won't work, just want a hand out, are taking from others, are all immigrants. People in Boise have actually said to me most of the homeless people are immigrants, oh no there are agencies and funding to help them get into housing before people who have been homeless for years in Boise and everywhere else. They have gotten lots of support as they should have, but people born here, citizens have been thrown to the wolves intentionally.

I am not against immigrants, no, I'm on their side, but what the hell is going on when there are refugees among the citizens of this country who can't get housing and people from outside the country are put in housing before them? Conditions have been created so many people's lives are so difficult they have no extra time for such activities as democracy, they just try to survive day to day. Busy people are fed propaganda because they don't have time to do their own research. The population has been made afraid due to their own economic struggles and fear they might be next.

Reno to drop divisive resolution criticized as a first step toward outlawing homelessness

The part that is left out of the story is the Boise Police Department targets homeless people for harassment and in my case it has been worse than that. At a shelter in Boise severely mentally ill women who were already being traumatized by the large number of sociopaths in the shelter and the Zimbardo Prison Experiment Staff would be crying and asking me why the police were so mean.

I did not explain the whole psychology behind it, the militarization of them, the creation of the NSA so that agency could be used to install a Phoenix Program (Vietnam, South America) in the United States through the fusion centers (like the Phoenix Program police/torture centers, but a different type of torture is used). I didn't explain that the police are trained to be afraid of people and cruel to them, that the mayors and police chiefs especially in large cities were  aware of all of this, that the NSA/Fusion Center system was put in place to control the police departments so the intelligence agencies could use them to control the whole damn country and take out targeted individuals.

I also left out that there are a lot of mean, egocentric, oligarchic people in Boise and that about 1/2 of the right wing population were on the verge of becoming homeless themselves, struggling to buy food and pay rent looking for someone to look down on, so spread hate about the homeless. I did not explain the issues with how the shelters are run here, allowed to do as they damn well please to people, nor did I explain how the federal government helped to create the homelessness epidemic and that the plan is to kill off lots of people at young ages or that the housing shortage was created intentionally. Nope, left all of that out.

I simply responded to the question of why the Boise Police were so mean with, "Because they're assholes." That comment let them know their perception was correct without going into details and to validate these women who already had enough to deal with in life without constant abuse. And certainly this truth has been very well shown to me by them over a long period of time, but it is very much more complicated than assholiness.  

With that said certainly if I had a home I would not want trash all over, druggies creeping around, people pooping in my neighborhood. I live in a car and have been harassed and forced to be in areas where these things are going on. The Boise Police allowed it while they parked close by to menace me. The thing is it was being done on property they own. Meth was being smoked and processed on their property but they allowed it while sitting in their police cars across from it. The druggies kept all their stuff in the dumpster area climbing in and out. They weren't even really trying to hide their activities, had someone given them a free pass for their harassment services? I believe they were using heroin also because of the reaction after doing something with the hand and arms I could not see, then they appeared sedated, slumping over. I have evidence of these activities. I even drove over to the cop who was sitting to menace me to inform him, he picked up his cell phone, said something and took off like a scared little boy.

Meth and other drug use is OK with the police, but sleeping outside is a problem. I don't agree with the ones who were sleeping on private property, but public property is different, the owner decides who can be there. There should be some designated areas with garbage cans, toilets and running water, They only care about the business class, the oligarchics, so want to preserve the image that Boise is so livable. That is a myth. They will hold onto the myth until the economy crashes sometime after the next election and it all comes tumbling down.Trump is controlling the crash with low interest rates until then in an attempt to get a second term.
