 I have tons of evidence in many forms and projects I started but then was harassed by the army of weaponized morons or the Boise Police Department. Many things have been done to psychologically torture me for years. This includes preventing sleep and allowing others to threaten, menace, harass and cause other problems. I had an unjust parking ticket with very clear evidence. What I have discovered is the Ada County courts are as corrupt as the Boise City Hall and the Boise Police Department. The case is at the level of the Idaho Supreme Court now. 

As I find old information I will post it. Working on new stuff as well. My attitude after being tortured by the homeless community, the police and the business community has completely changed. I have no sympathy or empathy for any of these bastards.

I wrote this yesterday, June 14^th 2016 and forgot to post it.

An annoying man has decided to tell me all kinds of useless information while it was obvious I was busy. His phone went off full blast here at the library. He answers it and says, I can’t really talk, I’m at the library, hey what’s going on. He’s been talking now for 20 minutes and I hope his attention is diverted and he leaves me alone now.

There has been an influx of mentally ill or demented people at the shelter who cause problems, the kind of people who need help and supervision but were turned out onto the streets. My good bunkmate disappeared for a couple days. The new one is a real doo-zee. She never bathes and unlike what the staff at the shelter tell the public they don’t supervise. They made a rule that people had to at least bathe on their chore days, but they don’t enforce it. You know just like we signed up for times for showers, then we didn’t, then Dan got pissed, turned red and closed the door on me when I asked what the deal was about showers since people were being told they had to have times, then I signed up for a time but people did not and the showers were full. Last night I came out once again to say hey I signed up for a shower, no one else did for this time or the one before but the showers are full. I asked why the rules apply to me but no one else. She says, that rule is “just a suggestion”, she actually did. That is not what Dan says. So now fuck everyone I’ll just shower whenever the hell I want. The supervisor told me she never goes in the bathroom and I said yea I know there is no supervision here. The male staff tell me that when the female staff are on they can go in the bathroom to deal with the crazy, I say, no they don’t do that.

So this new bunk mate smells unbelievable with B.O. and old pee. That odor wafts up to my bunk and over the woman next to her who says she can’t sleep due to the odor. Sometimes allergies are a blessing, I can’t always smell it. She wears the same clothes every damn day, while myself and another woman told her where she can go to get more, she does not even go to the clothing room at the day shelter I was told. Yesterday I went to a thrift store that was giving all their jeans away, I guessed her size and grabbed a pair for her then walked over to the day shelter to tell the staff the women should know they can go get free jeans. None of them fit me. So I bring the jeans and tell her I thought they might be her size, they were 22s. she claimed to be an 18, no way. So I tell the other woman who is like, oh thank you for trying to get clean clothes on her and she is not an 18, that is bullshit. She tells me to give her the jeans, she goes to the supervisor to tell her the woman has to shower and needs clean clothes, she apparently doesn’t have underwear on and has none. So we got her some. But, it is clear the reason she has not got certain things is she just does not care. So the other woman takes the size tag off the jeans and says hey I hear you are a size 18 and so am I these fit me so they probably fit you. Genius manipulation, LOL. So she takes them and I saw her come out of the shower but she had her original dirty clothes on which have a huge tear on one leg. I have no idea what happened to the jeans I brought, they were nice ones too. She still stinks to high heaven and coughs constantly from smoking with horrible breath due to lack of any oral hygiene at all. I bet if offered a tooth brush she would say it did not fit her mouth.

Then she does this weird stuff like stand right next to the bunk like she is staring at me which was freaking me out. I ignored it for a while then realized her eyes were rolling back like her gyroscope was freaking out and the other woman noticed it too. I think she has to stand and let her brain and proprioceptors figure out where she is in space. Then she has other issues like webbed toes so this is probably a genetic disorder. So we had empathy for her and were really nice to her even with the horrible odor but she just refuses to bathe and wear clean clothing, so started bitching to staff.  

While this was going on the one who talked all night and waved her arms was allowed to keep us awake until really late, or really early. We can’t be on electronics because we are supposed to sleep but someone keeping us awake is just fine. I showed my ass finally. When I went by the desk I would say things like, “The needs of the one supersedes the needs of the many, Mr. Spock would be appalled. And Worf would come in here and throw out all the PetaQs. She goes, “What?” Then I loudly and Klingon gutturally pronounced PetaQ! The volunteers were cracking up but the staff just did not get it. She finally was not in that bed but still there most likely due to not doing her chore in Sunday. It was clear when her and the woman with dementia who moved my shoes under another bed and told me to “fuck off and leave her alone” got in a big yelling argument in the bathroom that she was still there. It was just nuts. The woman with dementia wanted me to go get her a towel a couple days ago, “Oh I thought I was supposed to fuck off and leave you alone.” I got her one anyway.

The new woman in the bunk next to me claimed she had a disability that made it hard for her to climb into her bunk. I noticed she had no trouble if no one was looking. But if people were around she did this little act, she leaned over on my bunk putting her hands all over it and putting her hands on my stuff. Then she turned around and put her ass on my bunk while I watched her with my mouth opened. This did not even make sense because while putting her hands on my bed she was facing the wrong way and not even working trying to get on her bed. I finally asked her if she told them she needed a lower bunk. No she would tell them in the morning. I told her to keep her hands and ass off my bunk as I have immune system problems. She also smells and has worn the same clothes for a week, yea after the crazy showering crap we now have nasty ass women and no supervision. Who knows where her ass has been it needs to stay away from my bunk. I said I’ll tell the supervisor for her she needed the lower bunk and someone else told me she did this as well. The supervisor said he would talk to her, he did not nor did he put it in their notes. But the other intact woman in our area told the one on last night. I saw the woman just go right up the ladder and get in her bunk last night without problems, she is a crock. No bottom bunks were available. Then there was a woman who came in wailing, then the supervisor told her to get her things and leave. She and her boyfriend got in a physical fight so both were thrown out and this girl has this constant crap going on. So now that woman could move. The one that got that bunk after this one while getting off the bunk this morning hit her ass on our side shaking the bed. It’s really not that hard, just put one leg down backwards, then the other and hope someone with dementia or assholiness has not moved or stolen your shoes.

For the last week or so I was in excruciating pain. There is no health care other than going to an ER for me and if I did this they would be abusive to me. It started right after I complained about a situation that promotes cross contamination of pathogens. It is oral/dental with trigeminal nerve involvement and bacterial infection. I would wake up every night in horrible pain. Ibuprofen helped and I took it until the G.I. bleeding started. I have things that I can do to prevent this and treat it but they are limited while homeless. I did do oil pulling, used ginger, garlic, onions, I always do anal retentive dental hygiene because this can happen. It was the lack of sleep affecting my already damaged immune system and the bad environment I live in that caused the problem. Last night was the first night I was not awakened in severe pain and today so far no Ibuprofen or acetaminophen. I have to be careful with acetaminophen as it can make the chronic vascular headaches I have due to ME/cfs worse. It makes them worse like narcotics if you take more than a few doses a month. So now that this is better I seem to have a virus, because of course I do.

They removed the kitchen prep table thing they were putting the cleaning stuff and toilet brushes on which blocked the women’s hallway finally FFS.

The shipping containers have been delivered that they are putting the lockers on. They say Dong Fang on the side, so there is some joking.

There is this older man at the shelter who was a truck driver and farmer. He is one of those people that whatever someone says it reminds him “…of the time that” you know he was coming down such and such highway on some grade and his brakes went out and on and on. Well he got hit and run over by one of the assholey drivers here in Boise that I have written about. He is in a wheel chair with a broken leg and ribs.

A couple nights ago I come into the shelter. We have to check in at two desks. At the first one a volunteer tried to give me a BPA type water bottle. I go look I’m a DES daughter, those have a type of plastic than causes hormone disruption and cancer. I’m already high risk for cancer. She says they just want to make sure people stay hydrated. I tell her I leave my two metal bottles in storage and drink with a paper cup there. So now all these people have BPA water bottles which they put hot coffee in every morning which of course leaches massive plastic into the coffee. No one has enough sense to tell them not to do that. I told them they would do this that night. Sigh. The discarded items people don’t want are given to the surplus population without regard for their health.

This was last night and today.

So LOL last night this happened and I posted it already. This morning beds 1-7 were assigned to do chores. I brought dirty clothes to wear while doing my assigned chore. Another woman, the one who tried to trick the stinky woman into wearing the pants I brought told me only three of us did chores. What the hell? They take your bed if you don’t do your chore and try to take it if you do which is why I take a photo of the documentation every time. She said she was doing an extra chore, she did a hard one and an easy one. Mine was easy so I asked for a second one. I got the family bathrooms which takes a long time and did that. I told them I would work for coffee, LOL. So we are hoping the smelly woman will be gone. There are only three spots on the floor for women without beds and four of them should lose their beds, also  other women will show up, but maybe those other women will get the beds. That means any women for the floor over three will have to go to Jesus Jail where cleanliness is next to godliness and perhaps they will make her clean up before she comes back.

I was getting more sleep but last night Stephen Conn posted an article about a woman from Barrow who went to Anchorage to meet with Attorney General Lynch about the horrid conditions of no law enforcement in Native areas due to budget cuts. Do they know they were not arresting a lot of the rapists when they had tons of money? Ten years ago they arrested everyone and harshly sentenced them. When I read the part about the woman’s friend waking up to a man unzipping her pants I lost it and began sobbing, unable to go to sleep until late. The women in the ER in Nome told stories of sleeping and waking with men on top of them unzipping their pants, sometimes they raped them, but they wore two pairs of jeans so they would wake up before they could get to their bodies and try to fight them off. I need to write the attorney general but have to be able to read that article again without crying, that could take a few days. PTSD.

Dr. John Campbell Continues to Teach Handwashing, How to Prevent Spread of COVID 19, Everyone Needs to Stop Reacting and Get Proactive

One of the components of gangstalking is a smear campaign. Here in Boise Idaho due to massive ignorance they targeted me for an OCD smear due to my practices being similar to what Dr. Campbell is teaching. There were gangstalkers doing street theater who would walk by me doing what is called 'directed conversation,' a type of gangstalking street theater, telling another person, "She has OCD" or just walking by me and saying, "Oh she has OCD." These were dumbasses who probably don't even know what OCD is, their handlers are telling them what to say.

I am a retired nurse, mostly critical care, but there was ER. supervision, and psych. When one takes care of patients who have catheters going into their hearts one must understand the germ theory of disease. I wrote policies and procedures for infection control in an ICU. I do not have OCD. instead I have been educated. Of course when one has a health issue with immune system dysfunction preventing personal infection makes one more hypervigilant about it. Since I have been forced to live in a vehicle and have to use public spaces I am always at risk. I do the best possible thing when all the while I am harassed, terrorized, smeared and demonized in a city of bullies, Boise Idaho.

Remember hospitals use a general infection control system called Universal Precautions that is based on assuming everyone is carrying an infectious pathogen. Think that way, especially with COVID 19 as so many who have the potential to shed the virus have no symptoms.

My goal here to to circulate this excellent video about hand washing. It is important for everyone to wash their hands, but my specific target is homeless shelters because I know not one shit is given about that populations and learned this the hardest way possible. You can't believe the insane decisions made by the people who run homeless shelters and the lack of response by the government to complaints about infectious disease issues. This is one of the many reasons people will not stay in the shelters.

I was in shelters surrounded by people who had viral infections, some intentionally coughing and sneezing on me, same with the Boise Idaho library system. Men put their hands on me while staff stood there watching and heard me tell them to stop doing nothing. Women in the dorm put their hands on my bed and hung their clothing on my bed. I even had someone walk on my bunk. Whenever I told Dan Ault the former director about these things his focus was not on stopping these dangerous behaviors but on my saying, "my bunk" quickly telling me it was not my bunk. The reason for that was the serial bullying and gangsgtalking and Boise war on the homeless. Anything and everything is done to psychologically damage the homeless person including making sure they know they are not worthy or welcome while saying constantly you are welcome. That double messaging is crazy making behavior which I was fully aware of but most would not be. My response was to explain that he had just told me I was welcome upon arrival and now the bed I am assigned is not my bed, "that's crazy making talk." The staff was utterly clueless and even when I found a source of free hand washing signs for them they refused to do a damn thing. Below is an excellent video by Dr. John Campbell. This country doesn't give a damn about the homeless including the disabled and elderly who are immune depressed. It seems to me they want the homeless to get sick and die. Perhaps now things will change just for the sake of appearances.

My question was why is it the clinic they have serving the homeless population is not telling them they need to have people wash their damn hands. Guess they are too busy trying to put the whole homeless population on health harming psych meds and misdiagnosing. 

This video demonstrates what I always do only I would already have a tissue in my hand to turn the water on and pump the soap before starting and would not touch the grocery store self service screen unless I cleaned it with an alcohol wipe first. I'm a retired nurse, worked in many specialties, mostly critical care who spent my days at work trying to keep patients from getting infections. My health issues include immune system problems which makes homeless shelters very dangerous for me and many others. What kind of a country forces the elderly and disabled into homeless shelters? The sociopathic and empathy-less politicians making decisions continue to decrease funding for very important and basic needs of people. They have broken their contract with the people of this country.

Now we have SARS-CoV-2 which like influenza can cause death for some people and the hype continues.

The Chinese have released statements that IV Vitamin C is helping those who have COVID 19 ARDS. It is also recommended that people keep their Vitamin C levels up at this time to help your body fight of SARS-CoV-2 the virus that is causing COVID 19. Good nutrition is a good idea all the time but some of use have to live in conditions that make this very difficult. Consuming citrus fruit will provide more nutrition than the supplements, but during cold and flu season for people like me the supplements are important.

There was some information published a few years ago showing Vitamin C was not all that helpful for viruses and then the info that Vitamin D was super helpful. China is recommending IV Vitamin C for COVID 19. Vitamin C is an antiviral. The IV route is very effective while oral is less helpful.

IV Vitamin C can shorten the stay in the ICU which will help save health care dollars and resources and make more room for the 20% that are getting very ill from SARS-2. Most people get very mild symptoms and some have none. Those with no symptoms are one of the reasons the virus spreads so easily.

The first time I saw just IV Vitamin C in high doses used was in the 1990s by Dr. John Kennedy, a nephrologist in Tacoma Washington. Lots of banana bags or IVs filled with vitamins were beginning to be used back then.

Vitamin C does not work as well taken by oral route but by IV is much more effective. I take both Vitamin C and vitamin D3 daily due to my immune system problems.

"On the afternoon of February 20, 2020, another 4 patients with severe new coronaviral pneumonia recovered from the C10 West Ward of Tongji Hospital. In the past 8 patients have been discharged from hospital. . . [H]igh-dose vitamin C achieved good results in clinical applications. We believe that for patients with severe neonatal pneumonia and critically ill patients, vitamin C treatment should be initiated as soon as possible after admission. . .[E]arly application of large doses of vitamin C can have a strong antioxidant effect, reduce inflammatory responses, and improve endothelial function. . . The most vulnerable people in our country to viruses are those staying in homeless shelters with the crowding, the poor hygiene of some, the filth and the places people go during the day such as libraries where viruses are exchanged in many ways. The homeless are also compromised by lack of sleep, poor nutrition, constant trauma including by police, predatory sociopaths in the shelters and shelter staff.  I highly recommend using resources to supply each homeless person with vitamin C and Vitamin D3 previous to and during this possible COVID 19 pandemic. Anything that can be done to increase nutrition and sleep for the homeless population will be very beneficial. Both of these supplements are relatively cheap and could be ordered in bulk to help lower costs. I also recommend this for nursing homes and others who have a high risk of exposure due to crowding or depressed immune systems. Children are not as a whole getting very ill with this virus but will certainly bring it home and give it to adults who could become very ill from it...or not. 

A subset of the homeless population are disabled, some take medications that depress their immune systems or have illnesses that cause this, then due to a country that apparently wants large numbers of disabled, elderly and mentally ill people to die they are placed in horrific conditions and psychologically tortured which further depresses their immune systems. Rather than using gas to kill people in the homeless concentration camps horrible conditions are employed. The deaths are slower but generally 20 years are taken off the life of a person who is homeless for a long period of time.   

I tried to get the Interfaith Sanctuary to increase hand washing years ago and as per usual was bullied and gangstalked. I even found a free source of hand washing signs. Nothing happened which is SOP. But the city of Boise, the state and Ada County had plenty of resources for gangstalking me while traveling to and from Continuum of Care meetings. 

The day shelter, Corpus Christi which is known as the non-profit that does care deeply about the homeless has a huge problem, if they use paper towels people will flush them and their pipes will be plugged, it will also increase their operating expenses even without the pipe problems. They use Dyson hand blowers unless something has recently changed which spread germs on anyone and anything in the bathroom. All blowers do but Dyson blowers are the worst. They are not allowed in health care facilities. I don't know what the solution is for the day shelter as they can't use paper towels. Maybe something has changed I do not know about. All public bathrooms are high risk for transmission of viruses.

I'm homeless but live in a car which provides social isolation for my immune system problems. I nearly died the first year I was staying at the Interfaith Sanctuary as men would just come up and put their hands on me, they allow women in the dorm to hang their clothing on my bunk, many did not bathe or wash their hands, women intentionally kept coming and putting their hands on the bunk assigned to me, some intentionally coughed and sneezed on me (people do this at libraries as well.)

 There was almost no supervision but plenty of time to harass me, you know kind of like a lot of other things in Boise.


When I went for health care I was medically bullied. They try to force all homeless into the Terry Reilly system. I went there and things were odd, then I was misdiagnosed within 5 minutes with totally false DXs, Twice I've tried to have them removed from my record and gotten no response. I was very ill and went to an ER. What I needed was an Albuterol inhaler to survive. They refused to write a prescription because I was to be funneled to Terry Reilly. I had Medicare insurance at the time. This abuse began at the front desk so it was likely gangstalking and that particular health care system has participated in other gangstalking activities. Fortunately the other system does is not abusive to targets and provides high quality health care and their providers are professional.

Imagine being very ill and rather than health care you get abuse which of course will further depress your immune system. When I worked as a nurse I could never have imagined anyone would be allowed to do this to a person seeking health care. All health care workers can make mistakes but to intentionally seek to harm a patient should result in consequences.

I wrote this in 2016 after leaving Alaska about my fight to try and prevent an outbreak like this one which was as far as I am concerned intentionally caused because who the hell would allow these kinds of conditions. This is what goes on in homeless shelters all over the country.

I Was Harassed Again While Parking for the Night. I'm Sick and Needed to Lay Down. The Boise Police Will Not Do a Thing About Anything, Why Would They Considering they Gangstalk Me Too

I just had another incident of assholes running me off from where I parked and set up for the night. Do I think this was just something that happened, a random event, no I do not. I parked in that spot all fall and through the winter, suddenly those guys show up to harass and run me off. I was heavily gangstalked last week by some of Boise's sociopathics, it's related. The city is just OK with that, well in fact they let a large number of assholes run me out of an apartment, so did HUD, Ada County, Idaho Housing Fiance, HUD and their useless non-profit. They all act like they are clueless, what I've come to realize is they aren't acting. They all act like there is something wrong with me because being harassed upsets me, it's normal to be upset by it and in fact it is very harmful to people.The fact that they do not understand this is frightening on many levels. Where is the "trauma informed approach? Preventing trauma is not something the city of Boise is interested in, no, they want to cause trauma. It is being done intentionally to harm me by a large number of people. Both the state and the city are allowing it and likely the federal government is also. This makes it a conspiracy to harm, both state and federal.

In Boise Idaho people think harassment and bullying are normal, this is why they have no laws against harassment other than for minorities. But in Idaho with all the misogynistic men women should be considered minorities and disabled people who are treated like garbage here should be considered minorities. They allow men at the Downtown library to put their hands on women, same with the Interfaith Sanctuary a homeless shelter. It is truly unbelievable.





I am not the only person being gangstalked in Boise Idaho. I took this picture a couple years ago very close to where I was parked tonight until I was harassed by bullies. Boise is the city of bullies. There are all kinds of networks in Idaho gangstalking targets and the police are used. I have been harassed by the Idaho State Police and the Ada County Sheriff's Department also, but Boise Police are domestic terrorists. This is happening all over the country and in other parts of the world, the FVEY  countries and NATO countries mostly.

The "Five Eyes" (FVEY) refers to an alliance comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States. These countries are bound by the multilateral UKUSA Agreement for joint cooperation in signals intelligence, military intelligence, and human intelligence.

If anyone wants to know why Idaho was just classified as having the stupidest people in the country I can explain why. First of all the schools are horrible and one reason is the legislature wants it that way. You can't control people who are educated, you can't get away with criminal activity behind the scenes. These radical right wing legislators thinks anyone who is educated automatically becomes a liberal. But by liberal they mean Democrat and they aren't liberals except for a very small subset, they are right of center. That was done intentionally. Next the massive harassment and bullying of children lowers their IQs. There is a lot of child abuse in Idaho.

Look at the numbers, it isn't just that they are a bit lower than other states, no it's unbelievable. These are the people who harass me and they vote so no wonder Idaho is so screwed up. I already knew from being the supervisor of a psych a bit about low IQs and bullying. They traumatize children here because they are ignorant and think abuse is normal. That abuse lowers IQs and people with low IQs tend to bully more. Try being around the behaviors and then the same behaviors from the Boise Police Department, try calling a legislator and having them just repeat Republican talking points to you. 

The police show up and do nothing, but have so much time to gangstalk me all the time. After years of being here I have come to the conclusion that is their primary assignment, to harass people. Like I said to the cop tonight I had no idea when I came here I was landing in a "cousin fucking Alabama state." How the hell Idaho got into the Pacific Northwest?

Boise Idaho is a problem. I guess these people want me to tell the whole fucking story and I will. I'm going to go full bitchwoman on them and tell the whole damn story. 

Had it With the Republican Talking Point Homelessness Disinformation Campagin About Homelessness, Sh*tstorming Began

Yesterday I was heavily gangstalked and the increase seems to be related to PBS's Frontline documentary in which Sarah "Pre-Trump" Palin is shown as what she is. Yep. I watched the first half last night. For me to watch something for a couple hours it has to be good, because...books and articles are the best sources of information. I watched the whole thing with focused attention. It gave me a different perspective. Most of the information I knew but the video puts the story together in a way that demonstrates how the craziness we have now was created. Much is left out but much went on, the documentary is very long and it was only the first half, lots more will be in the second half tonight.

I make sure to give a reaction to the government when something is done to try and squelch my First Amendment Rights, sabotage my life, psychological warfare is used or even cars run at me. They used lots of old tactics yesterday.

 This is how I looked at the time, 64 years old. Men in Boise Idaho think they can stalk, harass and abuse women as they please. Most certainly group stalking is not illegal and the Boise Police do it themselves.

Just like those other guys I am old enough to be the guy's grandmother. 

One thing I realized about President Obama while watching this documentary last night is he's a psychopath whisperer like me, he triggered Donald Trump, now people know what Trump is. It's dangerous work which doesn't pay well, in fact it takes from the courageous person who does it. For Obama the cost was not monetary. Exposing psychopaths helps educate the public.

America’s Great Divide: From Obama to Trump

 

I was very disappointed when Trump didn't appoint Sarah Palin to the VA as expected, had a blog waiting already.  It's still there in case Trump changes his mind. 

Shitstorming is a word I made up for my own personal lobbying  and activism that occurs when something is going on that really pisses me off. It involves writing generally after several scorching phone calls are made. Sometimes blistering occurs.

Dictionary.com hasn't heard of shitstorming, but know what a shitshow is. We have lots of that going on with our government right now.

These two set me off today, have had enough of these legislators doing what they can to harm poor people.

I know a lot about the homelessness situation being in the middle of it, having done lots of research and having been intentionally made homeless several times by the government and cause stalking. When the clueless begin spouting about it it gets my blood boiling.


These two,  Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL) and Congressman Lee Zeldin (R-NY) demonstrate why homelessness is just being batted around and little has been done other than demonizing the homeless, slander, lies, gangstalking, police harassment, no solutions just bullying.






Here is one of my comments. I live in a minivan, HUD is one of the reasons for that, they do not do their job. There is no support for tenants against predatory landlords, there is gangstalking that HUD the police, drug rings and cities participate in to run those who speak up out of the buildings. I am on disability due to trauma secondary to being a whistleblower, there is not protection in fact the government made me homeless and had a contractor try to take my SSDI. Veterans are not the only people who have been screwed over. Where is the mention of the disabled and elderly. All you are focusing on is your right wing talking points such as drugs, mental illness, getting people jobs. "Getting medicated out of any condition you may have," this describes the lack of knowledge about homelessness, why are these guys the ones being interviewed. Where are the homeless, where are those who have worked for the homeless for decades. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF YOUR STEREOTYPES. I have been slandered, harassed due to this. The police in Boise Idaho have run cars at me, they harass me, they allowed people to harass me until I had to leave an apartment to live in a vehicle. As a person who is honest and intelligent this has happened over and over. The section 8 types housing is where the 1/3 of the homeless who do not know how to behave, don't know right from wrong, are MAGA gangstalking those they hate, in other words are on the sociopathic scale live. They make life a lving hell for decent people. Management companies do nothing, the police do nothing until there is a murder or some other horrible crime in the building they are forced to investigate, HUD's BS fairhousing non-profits do nothing as they are empty shells. You repeat another sterotype that lots of homeless people are making the choice to live on the street, you are a buly and should not be discussing this issue bubba. Veterans are all the right wing cares about after decades of doing nothing. They want everyone else on psych meds or in rehab when the real reason many are homeless is due to SS programs not getting all the COLAs or they were decreased, people who are disabled not getting SSDI, lack of health care and allowing rents to skyrocket. Both of these congressmen are full of crap, clueless and slandering the homeless community. There are several subsets of homeless people. Some are the elderly who can't afford the rent, some are disabled who can't afford rent, some are those who are being gangstalked and forced into homelessness. There is a subset of sociopathics who are allowed to prey upon vulnerable or decent people in the shelters. shelters are often run by those who range from opportunistics to sociopathics. Homeless people are traumatized over and over. People will show up with no mental heatlh issues then traumatized into PTSD, then these dudes point their fingers at them and say look at the mentally ill people. You did nothing in WA DC for decades knowing this problem was developing and did not give a damn. Shut up now, all you can do is repeat right wing talking points. Explain how you expect to increase help for homelessness while decreasing programs that help the poor who are ont he precipice of homelessness. Explain how cutting funding for subsidized housing is helping. You can't because you are too illogical.

Paul Boden, Homeless Activist Extraordinaire, Speaking the Truth

It took me a couple years of being homeless in Boise Idaho to realize the homeless systems were not set up to help people get housing, the homeless crisis was intentionally created, the country is directing people to believe lies about the make up of the homeless population through propaganda and the system is designed to intentionally cause us to die years before we should. Then I began reading books, articles and seeking out what those who have been activists in the system for a long time have to say. What I thought was right on the mark. 

Below are videos of Paul Boden interviewed on the Invisible People YouTube channel, speaking at the Homelessness and Justice Summit and at WRAP. It's nice to find a real person working in the homeless system rather than all the BS front organizations for HUD. The army of clueless social workers is maddening, I call them the social engineers because that is what they are. My attitude comes from working as an RN where they sat around in our break room drinking our coffee and eating our snacks, then asking us to check their blood pressure while we were running our asses off, then if we needed something for a patient they excusified every damn time so we had to do it ourselves. They also misdiagnose people with stigmatizing DSM 5 labels because they don't have the education or experience to diagnose and most certainly know nothing about trauma, especially if the client has a vagina. The misdiagnosing happens at a lot of the free or low income clinics too.

HUD has created a large number of non-profits, that keeps them from having to follow certain regulations and prevents oversight. It is probably also a right wing attempt to force the funding of homelessness to come from the local levels.This is why there are ADA violations, abuse, police come in to harass people, filth, bed bugs, thefts of property, sociopaths not just allowed to prey upon people but facilitated by the homeless shelter staff. There is very little oversight. I was harmed for speaking up and whistleblowing, as per usual because the truth is the enemy of the United States and most certainly the city of Boise Idaho. 

The non-profits were set up in each city by the federal government through coercion, if they did not follow their mandates the cities would not get funds from them. Same story with the Homeless Management Information System, HMIS where they collect massive data tracking homeless people.
At the Interfaith Sanctuary in Boise they even have homeless ID cards with pictures, when I got mine I held it up and said, have you now or ever been a card carrying member of the homeless party.

Everywhere it looked like each city was having some kind of homeless coordinator at city hall, Continuum of Care like it was their idea, then these non-profits to help people find housing popped up despite almost no affordable housing. There is so little affordable housing it makes no sense to waste money on these non-profits. Boise has less than .1% vacancy for affordable housing. The working poor will get the openings as landlords prefer them over the homeless, they have resources to get to the rental before the homeless person who has to do chores, stand in a line for coffee and food, walk to the library, check Craigslist, then take a bus and probably walk some to get there. For those who don't know this takes up the whole damn day. If there was affordable housing available people would be able to find it, but instead of building more they spent the money on uselessness.

They set up non-profits to claim they were helping people find housing but they had no more resources than the homeless person who had been diligently looking for housing. Unless people had intellectual disabilities or could not get to the library this is a waste of money that could have been used to build affordable housing.

Boise spent a large amount of money on Martin vs Boise to criminalize the homeless but just like Paul Boden discusses in these videos they also use the police to harass people. In my case I am a target to begin with as a whistleblower, activists and was told the organized harassment was because of "those things you are writing." The Boise Police Department has been terrorizing me for years along with the huge Army of Weaponized Morons from Community Policing, ause groups and Fusion Center crimes against humanity. I was gangstalked out of an apartment due to several agencies not doing their jobs, the management company, BPD, Idaho Housing Finance, Intermountain Fair Housing (HUD non-profit store front of BS), and of course HUD which does the opposite of what people think they do. They even diverted my phone calls. While the harassment went on at the Civic Plaza Apartments Infragard members such as the two grocery stores across the street had organized harassment going on while massive street theater was done and the Boise Police terrorized me,  I have videos. Once I made my wearing of body cameras evident some of that crap stopped.

A couple of Paul Boden's slides. Oh yes, private security is mentioned below. Here in Boise G4S and Allied Security were involved in the harassment including set ups and equipment next to the apartments. Most of the contractors work as subcontractors for larger contractors such as G4S.

Since about 1996 there has been no public housing developed. You can see the government spent little money to help people get housing, but massive amounts of money were spent criminalizing homeless people. If they wanted to eliminate homeless people the opposite would have happened. They wanted to have a homelessness crisis.
